Kaitlyns pov

It was Monday so I woke up later then usual. I got ready for school beofre more I headed downstairs for breakfast.

I got into the kitchen to see my mom with Jason. "Hey mom, can me Jason drive to school now." She has the car fixed a couple of weeks ago but only got it back Friday which was a bit confusing. She just nodded in response and walked to the living room with her coffee.

"You ready?" Jason asked grabbing his bag of the side.

I nodded and we went to the car. Jason got into the drivers side, him knowing I wanted to drive. I got in the back not wanting to sit next to him in case I punched him from him being to annoying.

We arrived at school, already the parking lot had twice the amount of cars there is normally. Then I remembered why. Oh shot, I never told Jason.

"Why are there so many cars?" His face of confusion was hideous. Sorry bro.

"Yeah about that...the kids from Westwood high came here today." He gave me the death glare as I gave him this information.

"And you didn't tell me this sooner because?"

"I forgot."

He shock his head in disappointment. We got out the car and headed for the front doors of school. As soon as we entered I could see many, many faces of people I didn't recognise.
It took me by surprise at first. But soon enough through the day I managed.

At lunch I was surprised there wasn't a fight yet. The other school didn't really interact with us. "Hey girl!" Lucy said while sitting down at the table, she had an apple in one hand and a phone in the other.

"Hey Lucy, how was the math test?" She took a big bite of her apple before speaking.

"It was good, James was helping me but looking up there answer on his phone though." She shrugged.

"Seriously, you guys need to date." I stated. It's true they really do although they argue a lot, but they look so cute together.

"Ugh, hey look over there that girl looks lonely we should ask if she wants to sit with us." Lucy pointed to a girl sitting on her own eating her lunch. I knew this was Lucy's way of changing the subject but I just let it slide.

We went over to her, and she had headphones in, Lucy politely taped her shoulder in order to get her attention.

She turned her head to face us and took her headphones out.

"Hey I'm Lucy and this is Kaitlyn, we noticed you looked lonely so we wanted to know if you wanted to sit with us?" Her face lit up, I guess she really was lonely.

He nodded and we went back over to our table.

"So what's your name?" I asked. She looked and me before clearing her throat.

"I'm Emily, thank you guys for letting me sit next you." She genuinely looked really happy. But one thing that was bugging me was, why was she alone.

"So you go to Westwood high?" Lucy asked, smily nodded before taking another bit of her sandwich. "Is it a good school."

"It depends on what part of the school your talking about." She paused for a brethe moment, "the teachers are good but the students, there nasty."

"Is that why you were alone?"

She nodded in response. I couldn't help but feel sorry for her. I started to see two girls I've never seen before approach are table. Soon enough they came up to me and Lucy. The two girls started at us for a short moment before turning to Emily.
