Pearl and Amethyst were going on a trip Amethyst stuffed her things in her suitcase and ran over to Pearl who was reading a book. "About time" Pearl said sarcastically "well we need snacks" Amethyst said. They walked into Pearl's car and sat down Amethyst sat in the passengers side as Pearl sat into the driver's. Amethyst leaned making the seat squeak Amethyst looked at Pearl who had her eyes on the road. "Beach here we come!" Amethyst said clearly excited.
Pearl looked at Amethyst who was sleeping Pearl smiled they may be total opposites but she found it cute. She looked back on the road and pulled over at a gas station Pearl filled up the gas tank and started to drive again she was getting tired. Amethyst woke up about an hour to the Beach "hey wanna have a break while I drive" Amethyst said. Pearl and Amethyst switched seats and Amethyst saw Pearl reading but when she looked back over and Pearl was sleeping with her book on her chest Amethyst smiled. An hour later they finally got to the beach.
