"Come, this day finally comes ..."

"Wake up, it has finally waken up ..."

An old, distant voice resonated in the dark void, as if it was far far away, near the edge of the sky, yet seemed to be just around the ears.

Who? Who is talking?

A long sigh came from the void, as if time had passed tens of millions of years. The voice, which filled with profound helplessness and compassion, quietly came to you. That sigh could make anyone cannot help but shed their tears.

Cong Xia couldn't feel his body. He also didn't know where he was. Only the voice of the old man who had been through great hardship of life was exceptionally clear.

Am I dead? Is this the world after death? Whose voice is this? The King of the Nether World? What does "this day" mean? Who has waken up?

There was a series of questions inside Cong Xia's head, but he could do nothing. He was like a lone soul, with no body nor voice. He existed in this dark void, but he couldn't tell how he could do so.

The old voice once again resonated.

"Use your blood to seal the contract, from now on, you are my only descendant. I hope you will be careful and diligent, study my words and save my tribe. Remember... Remember, your mission is to let it fall asleep, let it fall asleep..."

What? What descendant? Make whom fall asleep?

He didn't have much time to think. Suddenly, there was light in the dark void and a dark green light cluster appeared in the "front" of Cong Xia.

Isn't this the "heart" of that big mushroom?

The light grew bigger and bigger, until its light filled the entire black void, and the thing surrounded by the light also became clearer and clearer.

It was an oval jade that had the size of an adult body, with a smooth and quaint texture. The jade was covered with countless small Sanskrit words. Those Sanskrit words radiated golden light and they gradually materialized into the void. The size became larger and the words became clearer. They were constantly flowing and bouncing in "front" of Cong Xia. An ethereal hum resonated in the void, which sounded extremely sacred.

[Note: Sanskrit is a language of ancient India with a 3,500-year history. It is the primary liturgical language of Hinduism and the predominant language of most works of Hindu philosophy as well as some of the principal texts of Buddhism and Jainism.]

Cong Xia looked at the words that were as big as a ladle and emitting golden light in surprise. He shouldn't understand these ancient and mysterious words, but he somehow could understand them all!

The greenness of the ancient jade and the golden light of Sanskrit words responded to one another. They were holy and magnificent. Suddenly, the light became greatly radiant. Cong Xia subconsciously closed his eyes.

When he opened his eyes again, the first thing that he saw was Cheng Tianbi's face.

"You're awake."

Cheng Tianbi pushed his eyelids open and looked at his eyeballs carefully. Cong Xia uncomfortably pushed his hand away.

"I... This..."

He turned his head to look around and found that they were still at the place of the big mushroom, but the mushroom had already withered. The plump and transparent cap was wrinkled and withered. The blue veins also disappeared. The whole mushroom lifelessly fell to the ground. Even all the surrounding mushrooms withered in the blink of an eye, as if the danger that they had just experienced was just their hallucination.
