Joohyun never liked being at parties. The messy crowd jumping all over the place, the smell of sweat way different from her favorite smell of clean laundry, the alcohol being spilled everywhere, no mercy and a dorky best friend that couldn't walk a straight line.

Nonetheless, she only went for that same dorky best friend. Knowing the girl better than anyone. Joohyun knew letting Seulgi go alone was not an option. So when the brown-haired girl came begging, on a Saturday morning, for her to join she couldn't refuse. Seulgi knows the older girl could never say no to her and she takes full advantage of it.

But then again who would say no to Kang Seulgi. It's Kang Seulgi. Miss popular, best dancer in Korea, warm-hearted, Seulgi bear. Talking about the younger girl has become more like a hobby for Joohyun. She talks about her to everyone, whenever she can. Disguising it as love for her best friend and admiration for the bear-like girl. When she knows all too well that it's an oh so obvious crush.

Joohyun developed a crush on her best friend at a young age. At school, she often avoided boys or got into fights with them. So when she saw one annoying little man trying to push a 6-year-old Seulgi into stealing some cookies, she didn't have to think twice before fighting for the other girl.

The smile on baby Seulgi's face after the boy left was worth it all for Joohyun. "Uhmm..... my name is Joohyun. Are you okay?" A worried Joohyun asked the girl. What she didn't expect was being indulged in one of the best hugs she has ever gotten. And even worse was the fact that she couldn't feel her heart. Not a single beat. "Am I dying" she whispered. Making Seulgi let go with a deep red glow on her chubby cheeks.

"I'm sorry," she said backing up even more. "I'm Seulgi"

Even though Joohyun accepted the crush as it was, she wasn't planning to ever tell the other girl. No, not in a million years. Seulgi has a lot of guy friends and even though the girl never talks about any potential boyfriends. She has been a bit too close to Jimin, a boy from her dancing crew, for Joohyun's liking. So ruining her friendship over the crush was not worth it, at all.

"Joohyun come dance with me" a giggling Seulgi screams over the booming music while spilling most of her beer on random people. "Seulgi I think you have had enough. We should go home". Their home. Their small apartment where they could just be them. "It's just starting, come on!" The brown-haired girl says while pulling the other on the dance floor.

No, Joohyun was not having any fun. But she would put through everything for the bear. So she starts dancing just like Seulgi asked her to. While for the other the alcohol had started to kick in and there was not much left of dancing for her, more like stumbling. Stumbling right into Joohyun's arms. "Yea you have had enough dear"

So Joohyun does what she has been doing for the past 3 years of legally drinking (plus the years of non-legal drinking) and lifts Seulgi into her arms to bring her home. Seulgi has never been a good drinker and even though Joohyun was, she would rather be sober in case the younger one decides to get drunk. And getting drunk for Seulgi meant drinking 2 bottles of beer.

So she settles the other girl in their car and drives them home.

Piggyback riding a drunk girl at midnight to the 10th level of their building was not really how she imagined her night to be like. Living in a very wealthy apartment building she would never expect the elevator being maintained. Waking up the girl on her back was not going to happen. Seulgi deserved to rest. With her busy schedule and her drunken state, the last thing she would want is to wake her.

So all out of breath at least half an hour later she managed to reach their apartment and opens their door with the code. "Finally" she lets out a sigh accidentally waking up Seulgi. "Home?" She mumbles. "Home" Joohyun responds.

She quickly walks towards Seulgi's room, undresses the other girl and puts on an oversized shirt. She grabs a bucket and a bottle of water and sets them next to Seulgi's bed. Routine.

She likes to keep her routine so the elevator had slightly messed it all up. She grabs some water for herself and puts a wet towel on Seulgi's head. As she is about to leave a drunk Seulgi wakes up.

She squeezed her eyes close to see who was in front of her. Without thinking much she pulls the raven-haired girl by the neck and pecks her lips. "Thanks," she says before she goes into hibernation. Leaving a frozen Joohyun behind sitting in the same position for at least 5 minutes before gaining her consciousness. She looks at the bear and then touches her lips.

Joohyun isn't keen on skin-ship and she knows Seulgi pushes her limit all the time, but a kiss. You don't kiss your friends, right? I have never seen her kiss Jisoo or Moonbyul. Maybe she thought I was someone else.

So Joohyun stays up all night looking at her four white walls to rationalize the moment. But however hard she thinks about it the only clear explanation would be that her best friend likes her back. Or maybe that is just what she wants it to be.

So I was craving some cute Seulrene story and decided to write my own.
I don't know if it's any good and if I should continue but I hope you guys like it.
