A security guard had arrived who was on round.
"YES! WE ARE HERE!" You shot out of my arms and skipped towards the guard who instantly noticed us.
"Sir, we were in the mall when it shut down..." I spoke up slowly pacing towards you. I swiftly glided my arm around your back to your shoulder.
"Oh my God, I'm so sorry for such an inconvenience..." The guard replied bowing multiple times.
"No, Sir it's fi-" You were saying but I interrupted you.
"Sir, please do properly check all floors, my little girlfriend over here was scared..." I said with a poker face as a small smirk played on my lips when your eyes shot up to look at me as you nervously shifted in the position, but I gripped onto you even tightly and in the end you had to surrender.
"I'm sorry Sir, we'll make sure such a thing never happens again... You should leave now, It's pretty late. And take care of your girlfriend..." The guard said leading us out of the mall.
Just like that we finally exited the cold mall where we created a warm memory and headed our way towards home, our home.
