♡~♡ Chapter 21 ♡~♡

Start from the beginning

That had been part of the point; to share this. The real reason. What flying meant.

"C'mon sweetheart." Katsuki crooned, foot easing forward as Ground Zero slid along the ground, "Let's show him what's up there."

He ignored the way fingers clenched, how Eijirou's chest expanded wildly, breathing increased, stopped, slowed. A mad pattern.

The ground rolled away below them slowly at first, gaining speed. Pressing them together deliciously - terribly. Katsuki hated it and loved it. Eijirou's arms tightened, his face hidden behind Katsuki's back, mouth buried against the thin fabric of his tank top, entire body tense, heartbeat pounding so hard Katsuki could feel it in Eijirou's stomach, in his thighs.

"Breathe, Eijirou." He pressed down harder on the accelerator, easing Ground Zero towards take off speeds. "Remember, just countdown from twenty. We're almost there baby." Hand stroked the joystick as Eijirou peeked over a shoulder. "He'll take good care of us. Fifteen."

"He?"

"Ground Zero's my Big Boy." Katsuki grinned sultry, not bothering to look back as Eijirou swallowed hard, grip tightening. Katsuki pulled back slowly on the joystick, "That's right baby. Eager today. It's been too long."

"Fuck." Eijirou swallowed hard, the sound right beside Katsuki's ear. "You always so..."

"Yeah." Katsuki kept his eyes on the gauges and monitors. "You'll understand in a minute, Ei. Five more seconds." Hands pulled back harder and Eijirous arms tightened, fingers dug in.

The combination made Katsuki wild. For a second, just a second he wondered if they'd ever be able to- but then they had lift off and his mind wasn't on things like sex. The sky beckoned and he was where he was supposed to be.

"We're going up, Eijirou!" Katsuki had to shout over the rumble of the engines. "Look, idiot!"

Obediently Eijirou peered out the cockpit, grip loosening as the world fell away. A soft gasp at the nape of Katsuki's neck made goosebumps flood over his arms as they climbed over the treetops, over the horizon, breaking through the lowest layer of clouds.

"Katsuki." Eijirou's voice was in Katsuki's ear, inside of his head, dancing in his brain and sliding around like it owned the place. "Kat you've brought us straight to Heaven."

Katsuki snorted, "Don't be so-" He sucked in his retort, "Yeah." The admission was tender, aching. Difficult. "This is why I like to fly." His gaze roamed over the clouds, light beams casting rainbows around them, the sky blue and grey and purple and orange. "Now you know my real secret." He shrugged into Eijirou's chest, leaning back against muscle and fat. Comfortable, relaxed, head cradled on a shoulder. "This is nowhere near as uncomfortable as I thought it'd be."

Steady hands kept them sailing straight. Eijirou's palms slapped against his thighs in awkward energy discharge before an arm moved, paused midair, then wrapped again around Katsuki's stomach, his head laying on top of Katsuki's own.

"H-hey! Wh-"

"I think," Eijirou nuzzled, red hair brushing soft against Katsuki's cheek, "I could learn to love flying." His free hand moved to rest on Katsuki's knee, squeezed once, tight. "Thank you, bro. This is so much better than what I had planned, or what I had ever thought-"

"Why?" Katsuki snorted, trying - God he was trying - to not think about the intimacy of the moment.

"You're sharing this with me." Eijirou's voice dropped, barely audible over Ground Zero. "It just means so much more coming from you." He chuckled. "Everything means more when it's with you."
