Matts POV
It's been a month since I last saw Jenna in person. We FaceTime everyday though.
This might sound really bad, but I really want to focus on my career and not a relationship. I should probably tell her.
I dialed her number. Not on FaceTime though.
"Hello?" She said.
"Hi Jenna." I said nervous as fuck.
"Matt what's wrong? Are you okay? Why do you sound so worried?" She asked.
"Jenna. I really hope this doesn't hurt you.. But we uh, we have to breakup. I'm so sorry. I just really need to start focusing on my career right now. I don't have time for a relationship. I'm sorry Jenna. I'll always love you." I said.
"Oh. I'll be fine. But the apartment lease is up tomorrow. I'm moving out. So I won't be there anymore. I'll put your stuff in Nash's apartment. I have an old key." She said.
"Bye Jenna. I love you." I said
"Goodbye Matt. I love you too." She said then hung up.
I feel bad about that last call. But I had to do it.
Ever since I've been dating, I can't really focus on things the way I used to.
I'll always love her.
Always.
Nothing can ever change the way I fell about her. I hope she'll be okay.
I hope we can start again in the future. And possibly have our own family. Who knows?
