Personality: Ohhhhh my goooood she's so bratty sometimes. This is thanks to her upbringing, where she's an only-child with a fiance that saw her as his whole world all throughout her life. She learns and grows out of this though, but it's still very much a part of her. But due to her professionalism, she's calm and collected in front of her patients (Zenitsu is,,, the only exception). a whole other ball park with Tanjirou. also, she loves power. akiko will try to deny this to remain humble, but she's grown up with the fact that she will have to inherit a hospital and the village title of 'doctor' and likes the idea of being in charge and important.

hi everyone! i know that so far i havent done a single author's note at the end of chapters like i usually do, but i thought i would spare you guys my words since im already so talkative at the end of chapters on my tumblr :,)
at any rate, thank you to everyone that has stuck with me here!! your support means the world to me, and i know that x oc stories are a bit tough to bear through but i hope ive made akiko an enjoyable character to read! i hope this comes across as more of a character study than romance haha. ive had a bunch of chapters prewritten so i hope that you have faith in my story telling abilities. tbh the whole story is already planned out! it's just a matter of,,, actually writing the chapters,,,
if you know me from tumblr then you know where the other two oc's have come from :,) i originally wasnt going to have other oc's bc one is enough, but they're my friends and they actually help akiko to move along within her own story.
also, small reminder, akiko and tanjirou are both 17. ive decided to age all the characters up 2 years purely because they dont seem 15 in my opinion and i just was like "meh make them 17 i guess" and this isnt a way for me to like "oh well i aged him up a lil so nsfw is ok" which it's not!! theyre still underage and akiko is ASEXUAL and i dont want to give pedophiles a platform to creep on, aged up or not. anyway, aging them up was just a wack decision i decided to do :// doesn't affect the story line at all tbh
