After the car arrived at the base, GuHai reduced his speed. He wanted to calm his mood down a bit so that his excitement would not make him incoherent when it was time to tell BaiLuoYin.

Finally, he arrived at BaiLuoYin's office, walking at a fast but light pace. The door was opened and BaiLuoYin's cell phone was on the table but he was not in there.

GuHai sat in the house and waited for a while. Almost half an hour had past, but there was still no shadow of BaiLuoYin. Since the bedroom door was not locked, according to his reasoning, BaiLuoYin should not have gone far!

When GuHai went outside, it was almost dark.
