Chapter 18 - Finally Found Darling

BaiLuoYin suddenly woke up to subconsciously pull up his blanket. But then realized that it had been blown away. He had no choice but to let it go, seeing that the blanket and mat have disappeared into the wind.

The military forces searched through the night but failed to locate BaiLuoYin's whereabouts. The aircraft that GuHai sent in search was also unable to find any traces.

Seeing that dawn was fast approaching, the pilot glanced over at GuHai and asked for his opinion. "Should we first find a landing place to rest and eat something?"

GuHai replied back with one word, "Continue."

Finally it is dawn, the area is suddenly surrounded by fog, even at a low-altitude flight, it is difficult to see the situation on the ground. By noon, the weather had become unusual. It was difficult even for the aircraft to fly normally. Therefore, air search is forced to be temporarily halted.

For a full afternoon, GuHai relied on his eyes to judge and a big branch to probe the surrounding area. Having miscalculated, he fell into the swamps numerous times, but with tenacious perseverance, he climbed back up. Night fell, making it even more difficult to advance farther. GuHai's speed is getting slower and slower. There were several places he simply could not pass but he risked his life to trudge pass those areas nevertheless.

Another sleepless night, GuHai's bag is filled with water and food, but he never touched it.

Besides looking for BaiLuoYin, GuHai did not want to think about anything else.

Only in times of near death experience do one realize what is most important to them.

At this moment, GuHai did not have any hatred toward BaiLuoYin. He completely understood BaiLuoYin's frame of mind at that time. If he is able to find BaiLuoYin now, he would be happy even if BaiLuoYin got married in the next second!

If one does not exist (death), there is no value!

The area around him gradually lit up so GuHai accelerated his pace.

When he stopped in front of a large swamp, pondering as to which direction to go, he suddenly saw a big piece of cloth on a short tree branch not far away. His heart tightened. He carefully moved to that place, picked it up to take a look. It is a complete parachute. The corner rope has a knot that was obviously not done by the rope but by human hand.

GuHai's heart jumped for a moment, his eyes shining with excitement.
