The Dying World/Prolaugue

Manhattan is were I started all of this. The black masses that cover the cities, the infected ones, and who could forget the monsters that became of the blacklight disease. Manhattan is where I started this and now I've landed my self in Oregon just after my flawless assault on California. Really I should have started this war there and not many people would have stood in my way just as how they had no protection from me.

People are why I did this; lets see what all they've achieved in the past shall we. Genocide, animal cruelty, war, and lets not forget he forms of slavery. They started with taking you from your home, and now they lie too all those so eager to believe and kill all those who don't. Face it they need extinction for their only salvation- no not even salvation from themselves but to the whole world. Now Here I am at my last stop to close off the western seaboard.

A ship yard nearly empty if it weren't for the heard of people trying to board a ship through a communal hall. All the people look so worried about themselves they even killed others on their way here. Monsters standing above the people are closing in on there soon to be prey. The ship was still guarded as if they had something planned for the cattle they're are about to slaughter. I mean only twelve armed guards for a quarter of the ship is just disappointing. The strange part though was that they didn't even know what they were trying to accomplish with the people acting as bait. All I did know was that I would find my answer of the third floor three doors left of the boiler room were I can find this scared to death man who appeared to posses a position of power but had none himself.

The door open with direct purpose. Scientist: "Oh you scared me soldier hehe"

Soldier: "I'm sorry sir I came back to you because Mercer is on the ship now!"

Scientist who breathed in an accepting, depressed manner: "Yes just as we planned but we have to stay strong the antidote is about to be disbursed in the cargo area and the communal hall for the people. This is the last time Alex Mercer will take the lives of innocent people."

Soldier: "I still can't believe it that we found a way to cure the virus"

Scientist: "yes I Guess it really was quite the-GUUAAAAHHHH!!!!!"

Soldier Slowly morphing by tendrils, muscles, and fabric into Alex Mercer: "Nuisance? I couldn't agree more." a blade came out of the scientists stomach from his spine and as apart of Alex's arm. "yes yes a cure sure is something that can be really annoying to someone with my essence."

Scientist clenching his gut: "yeah Lucky for you it was enough to get your attention."

before another syllable could be said the room locked itself incapable of breaking out soon. Then the sound of a machine starts to hum from the ceiling.

Alex Mercer: "hehehahahaha-huh. You really think you can kill me this time?"

Scientist: " No we accepted you as an unkillable monster so we"Deep breath" decided to send you to somewhere you can never return from. A black whole sounds fair right?" the room suddenly started to fall apart as a dark mass eats away the ceiling " try living through this you-you m-m-maniac" the doctor breaths his last breath.

Mercer tried bracing himself in the room but the armor plating didn't allow his claws to grab any thing leading to Alex Floating up and being dragged into what he would only assume as darkness.
