PHOEBE's POV

"Thank you and God bless us all!"

School Festival is a breath of fresh air for students like us. It's a kind of event where students can show their artistic achievements and creativity. I always love School Festival because I want a happy atmosphere and exciting activities.

I have a snow white skin that's why applying a small amount of lip-tint can make a superb improvement.

I like applying fresh makeups and I'm a big fan of korean beauty products. I love how fresh their make ups look like and how they take care of their own skin.

Call me vain all you want, but I believe taking care of your skin is your responsibility. I don't believe in simplicity is beauty. There's no such thing in the world. It's just an excuse of those girls who want to justify their laziness.

"Girls, let's take a picture."

"Sure!

"You're too close." natatawang saad ni Mina sa amin.

"Let me see. Wag mo ipost yung mataba ako." Nasasabik na saad ni Gaby.

Sumulyap dito si Mina. "Seriously Gaby? Kahit anong anggulo ang payat mo. Ano pa tingin mo sa akin?"

Humagikgik ako at sumulyap kay Mina. "You're not chubby. You just have big boobs."

"Yeah momsh." sang-ayon ni Gaby sabay sulyap dito. "I envy you. Look at mine.

"Hey, I told you no boobs talking."

Nginusuan ko siya. "Yeah yeah, we know okay? You don't like talking about it because you feel sorry for us."

Humagikgik si Gaby. "That's what you call being gifted."

Tumawa ako. "C'mon Momsh. If you have it, flaunt it. Don't just cover it everyday in your oversized uniform."

"Whatever."

Mina is my bestfriend since grade school. We're actually neighbors and we grew up together. Sometimes I wonder why we end up being bestfriend despite the fact that we don't share the same interest. She loves books while I love colors and designs.  She wants to read and hear the words, but I'd rather see it with my own eyes.

At first, I thought it just so happened that we were neighbors and we don't have any choice, but as times go by, I realized it's because we're both honest and frank. Mina is not the typical bookworm who's boring and indifferent. She's not a know it all kind of person.  She knows when to stop reading and when to listen. She knows when's the time to close her books and enjoy the moment with her friends because to her, a friend is as important as books.
