Hwayoung

My feelings were all over the place! I was frozen on my spot, staring at him like he was crazy. But his super unusual smile made me wanted to explode in romantic frustration. I was biting my lower lip till it could bleed as I thought of what to say. I was really afraid that I might sound embarrassing. But before I could even try, he deeply sighed and got up from his crouch.

"Call me when you are ready to tell and I'll be ready to listen." - he gave me one last smile and left me to think.

I exhaled a deep breath I never knew I held on to. I release my legs from my tight hug and sat there limply. My back against the cold and lifeless tree. I thought for a good long moment there, unmoving like a stone. I closed my eyes and leaned my head aback that I was looking up at the cloud full sky. I suddenly miss the blueness that had been covered with an endless gloomy grey. It made me sulk as I looked down at my abdomen and held it. I bursted into tears again. The silent memories now suddenly ghost me while and after I was casted a spell on.

Those dark memories of before I was sent to therapy once again scarred and destroyed me. I've regretted it for a million times infinite. The biggest mistake I had ever done in those times was crossing that very alleyway.

...

It was already dark and I had still stayed where I was. The guys came to check on me once every hour. But Yoongi made it twice. He gave me snacks and asked if I was ready yet. But all my answers were still no. I was still too hesitant, afraid to see how he'd react. I woke up from a short sleep, a personal campfire was made not too far from me. A blanket had been draped over me.

I looked from afar towards another adjacent tree. A pale figure was faintly painted in the dark. It looked like Yoongi and so immediately did I realized. One of his arms were propped over one knee, his other leg elongated towards my direction, he was also leaning on the same cold tree trunk.

I got up to my feet, my legs felt a little achy and cramped from how long I've sat. I felt better after stretching a little. I walked over with the blanket in my arms slowly. He was sleeping soundly, one of his hands on the handle of his sword. I knelt down and threw over the blanket on him. What I didn't expect was for him to suddenly slash it into pieces. I fell backwards in startle, a small yelp and gasp emitting from me.

He was on his two feet now in a defensive stance. Sword out towards me that I was frozen. Once in a split second he realized it was just me, his eyes widened. He dropped it away and rushed down to my level. He held my shoulders and slightly panicked while scolding me.

"Aaiisshh Hwayoung! I could've killed you!!" - he exclaimed in a small and quiet tone.

"I'm...s-sorry.." - I was a bit dumbfounded by the closeness of his face. My cheeks started turning red.

"I-I want t-to talk to y-you now." - I stuttered. He leaned away and got up and held a hand towards me. I took it and was pulled up. He took me back to the campfire and we sat down.

He sat in front of me next to the fire. The orange color of the fire's light is shone on his face. He looked a bit blankly to me as I prepared myself.

"Ready when you are" - he said calmly. I exhaled.

"It started...4 years ago." - I started.
