I have a confession to make,
Your words will not sway my voice of past mistakes.
Please listen to this unbearable truth,
Believe me when I say I am no golden tooth.

I have a confession to make.

I am riddled with mystery, shrouded by time.
You have heard a history that isn't truly mine.
I have reasons to feel this way,
I have made mistakes okay!

I have a confession to make.

I feel the weight of your eyes shifting and cursing unravelling my lies,
She holds me down with her eyes, I am sorry for that time.

I spoke with fury in the past, I said words that hurt her too vast...
She will never let me forget, how I feel the strangling regret.

I have a confession to make.

I know I hurt her when I screamed, that someone she loved who passed meant nothing in my eyes, in my land.
I will never be forgiven,

Not by her or my guilty demons...

I had a confession to make.
