              ~ Melina's POV~

"So we're giving anything extra to zoey" I explained to Zo over FaceTime

It turns out that the doctor in Chino did make a mistake and I was only carrying one kid

Not gonna lie me and melo were way to relived than we should've been

Zo: "okay but how Am I supposed to get the stuff?" He asked since him and Denise were already in New Orleans

I rolled my eyes

Zo: "oh right" he said as he remembered that I was going back to chino in 2 months

I wanted to give birth in Chino and I didn't wanna wait too long then not be able to fly back so sadly I'll be leaving dip BUT once basketball seasons over he's coming back home.

Zo: "when's the gender reveal?"

"Um once we find out what I'm having"

Zo looked at me like I was stupid and hung up with made me laugh

I called my mom and told her the news; she wasn't too pleased but she was still supportive.

I called my brother and he wanted to kill Melo but I assured him that I was fine.

I called my dad but didn't get any answer so I just left it alone.

I still haven't told my friends back in chino because I'm not ready for them to know but I'm pretty sure they'll find out when we hang out once I get back

Melo: "MEL?!" I heard him yell as the front door closed

He was just getting home from practice

I hated that I couldn't go with him and watch him do his thing but these pregnancy hormones gave me the nose of a dog; I can smell everything in intensity and  the smell of sweaty guys makes me nauseous

"I'm upstairs!" I yelled back

I watched as he walked I to the room and gave me a small smile

Practice kicks his ass everyday and sometimes it even stresses him out which makes me feel horrible for him

Melo: "how was your day?" He asked as he looked through the closet

"Pretty decent. I talked to Zo and told him that we'd give zoey all the extra stuff we bought"

Melo: "oh okay cool; I'm gonna go take a shower cause I'm sweaty as hell and I know how that makes you feel" he laughed as he headed to the bathroom

I played candy crush until he came back

Melo: "have you talked to don?"

"No why?"

Melo: "he knows about..ya know" he said as he pointed to my stomach

"Liangelo got to him didn't he?" I asked with laughter

Melo nodded his head

Melo: "he slipped up"

"As usual" I laughed

Melo: "don said he hasn't told anybody since it wasn't his business"

I nodded

"It's fine" I said as I locked my phone back and laid on my side

Melo: "I'm gonna miss you when you leave" he said changing the subject

"I'm not goin anywhere for 2 more months AND basketball season ends the month after" I replied as I played with his curls

Melo: "but that's a whole month without you"
