Sapphire's POV -
"I can't believe that she said I wasn't a good mother." I cried laying down on Chris's chest.
He held me in his arms as I let all my tears out.
"You were a good mother." Chris said rubbing my back.
"Then why would she say that?" I asked Chris.
"I don't know baby. She was right about the part where you were too busy with Stacie." He said mumbling the last part.
I gasped and looked up at him with the most shocking look ever. "You agree with her?"
I pulled out of his arms.
"Baby I don't agree with her completely but I do see where she's coming from" Chris said sitting up on the bed.
I can't believe he agrees with her.
I hopped up off of his old bed and begin walking towards the door.
"Baby wait!" Chris yelled once I walked out of the room.
I guess I was a bad mother.
I walked through the long hallway as I made my way towards the stairs. I walked down the stairs and was heading towards the door when I hear my name being called but not by Chris.
"Sapphire." A small voice called behind me.
I turned around to see Amaya rubbing her eye and squeezing her teddy bear.
"Yes Amaya?" I said walking over to her and picking her up.
"Where are you going?" She asked while yawning.
"I wasn't going anywhere baby. Why aren't you in bed?" I asked her walking her back upstairs.
"I wanted to sleep with you but I saw you walking away." She said.
"Okay I'll sleep with you." I said finally reaching her room.
"Yay!" She said as I laid her down in her pink unicorn bed.
I laid down beside her and wrapped the covers around us as I cuddled her.
She snuggled her head into my chest.
"I wish cousin Junior was here." Amaya said with a tear coming out of her eye.
Everybody must have been ease dropping when we told Mama J the story.
"Me too baby." I said kissing her forehead.
"Me too."
