Chapter 22

Sapphire's POV -

"Baby, hurry up before I leave yo ass!" Chris yelled up the stairs.

I rolled my eyes.

Chris was really excited to go back to Virginia. He couldn't contain his excitement.

I on the other hand was having second thoughts because the last time we went to Virginia Junior went with us.

"Okay , okay I'm coming." I said stuffing the last thing into my bag,

I zipped it up and rolled my bags into the hallway.

I had 3 bags while Chris only had one.

He had clothes there so he didn't pack much.

"Baby I need help getting my stuff downstairs." I yelled down to Chris.

I heard Chris groan before he came up to help me.

He grabbed two of my bags while I grabbed one.

He already had his stuff in the trunk and waiting.

We packed my bags in the trunk and pulled off. 🚘

Once we got through security and all that other stuff we were on the plane and off the Virginia.

Most of the time I wasn't even up , I had my head on Chris's lap sleep.

Chris was too excited to sleep.

"Baby wake up." Chris said rubbing my back.

"What?" I asked opening my eyes.

"We're here." He said with the biggest smile on his face.

I loved how excited Chris was. He loved family that's the one thing I loved about him.

"Yay." I said with a smile.

He grabbed my hand pulling me up.

We grabbed our bags and walked off the plane with security following behind us.

We were taken to a all black SUV.

We pulled up to Chris's mother house.

"I can't wait to see her." Chris said cheesing.

"Me too." I said also smiling.

We got out the car hand in hand and walked up to the door.

"Did you tell her we were coming?" I asked Chris before knocking.

"No but I told my friends and my other family members." Chris said.

We waited about a minute before the door was opened.

Chris smiled when he saw one of his best friends Michael at the door.

They did a hand shake. "It's good to have you back." Michael said giving Chris a bro hug.

"It's good to be back." Chris said.

"Hey Saph." Michael said hugging me.

"hey Mick." I said.

Michael moved so we could come in.

We were surprised to see the whole family waiting for him to come in.

"Chris!" Everyone screamed running towards him.
