You had just gotten out of bed when you got a text from Kara

You got up and out of bed and took a shower. After taking a shower you got dressed

After getting dressed you headed down to Noonan's. When you got there Kara was waiting with two steaming hot lattes. "Hey, just in time. They just finished making them." Kara said with a smile. "Awesome." You told her. Holding your coffees, you and Kara sat down at a table. "So, what's new Y/N/N?" Kara asked. "Nothing..." you said blushing. "Yeah, why are you blushing. Do you have a boyfriend?" Kara asked excitedly. "No, but I met this really cute guy at the D.E.O yesterday." You told her. "Ooooh... SPILL." Kara said sounding like a high schooler ready for gossip. "Well, his name is Winn..." you started. "Wait, Winn Schott?" She asked. "Yeah, you know him." You wondered. "Yeah, he used to work at CatCo with me." Kara stated. You looked at your watch. "Shit..." you mumbled. "What's wrong?" Kara asked concerned. "I'm late for work. J'onn asked me to come in at 11 and its 11:30. I'm dead. Alex is gonna kill me that's it. Bye cruel world." You said dramatically. "Oh whatever. See you next friday." Kara said. You and Kara and Alex are gonna have a sleepover.
You sent home and put on your D.E.O outfit and headed down there. "Y/N, come on. You have to stop being so late." Alex said. "Sorry, I was getting coffee with Kara." You told her. "Okay, but if you aren't careful, you're gonna lose your job. Dont forget you have yo show Winn around today." Alex said. "I know." You told her. Just as you said that Winn had walked in. You started to blush so you ran into a wall so the blushing would stop. Winn ran over to you after you fell on your butt. "Heyy... are you okay?" He said lending you a hand to help you get up. "Yeah..." you groaned taking his hand helping you get up. "I'm fine. Im just a bit of a clutz." Winn just smiled. You let go of his hand, both of you turned away blushing. "Geez." Alex said rolling her eyes. You rolled your eyes back at her and told Winn to follow you. Yoh showed him around the D.E.O and after a very long five hours of showing him where everything was you headed outside.
Flashback to highschool:
"You are so worthless." Trinity, the school bully told you after shoving you down. "No wonder your boyfriend cheated on you. Your so ugly. No one can ever love you. Remember that. No one." You sat down and cried. You felt defeated. Maybe she was right. You felt worthless.
Tears streamed down your face. You didn't realize that. Winn had walked outside and saw you. "Are you okay?" He asked. "Yeah," you lied. "I'm fine. I'm gonna head home. See you tomorrow?" "Yeah, I'll see you then." He said concerned.
Winn's POV __________
I watched as Y/N walked away. She told me she was okay. But some how, I knew she wasn't. She had such a sad and defeated look on her face. But, I didn't want to pressure her into telling me. If she wanted to tell me, I'm sure she would've.

Why did he have to believe me? You thought. I wanted to talk, well part of me did. Part of me was so scared. I didn't want all of my problems to scare him. I just want to be loved. But, as Trinity said. It's not possible anyway.
