"It's good at least he remembers Ragini."Lakshya said after coming out of his own name sake room.

"It's good but his memory really bothers me, bhaiyu. I don't how much he remembers."Sanskar worried.

"I should be worried , Sanskar. You were never part of any of his worst memories."Lakshya sighed and failed to notice his brother's expression.

"I was also bhaiyu. Hope, he never remembers that night."Sanskar thought but quickly hid his facial expressions.

"Did you tell Swara about Aaru? Why didn't you?"Lakshya scoffed at Sanskar while Sanskar scratched his hair.

"I already heard from him yesterday morning itself, Jeth ji."Swara said without even bothering to acknowledge him.

Lakshya smiled bitterly as he couldn't stop himself from remembering the conversation which they both had.

Days before Sanskar's marriage with Swara, Swara came to Maheshwari Mansion with a motto to meet Lakshya. And, she got a chance before Sanskar could intervene.

Lakshya was shocked to see swara in his room.

"Shona!!"Lakshya mumbled and stood up. How much his heart warmed up because of her arrival, his eyes searched for any possible weapons which she could carry against him.

"Ragini told us a lot about you, Lakshya. Yet I want to hear it from you."Swara laced sarcasm in her tone.

Lakshya's face went pale for a moment.

"Was it you who was behind my father's death?"Swara asked.

"No..."Lakshya said confidently.

"Did you fake your friendship?"Swara asked her second question.

"No!!"Lakshya answered with utmost sincerity. His mind urged to stop her doubting him but he didn't know how to reason himself.

"Did you force Ragini to marry you on your own will?"Swara asked while hoping for a negative answer. The honesty in his eyes really moved her and she wished for some misunderstanding. She hoped for a strong reason behind Lakshya's motive.

"Yes. I was blind in..."Lakshya tried to reason but Swara gestured to stop. While all her hopes crushed down, his past answers became void to her.

"She came to meet you to confess her feelings for you, Lakshya. But, you killed her love."Swara's words dripped venom while she felt disgusted about him.

Lakshya's even forgot to breathe for a moment with the new information.

"Did she love me?"Lakshya asked being not able to believe her words.

"She was. And, she regrets till the day."Swara said and turned to leave.

"Sanskar loves you a lot, shona."Lakshya's words stalled her. She turned only to witness a kneeling Lakshya in front of her. The Might Lakshya felt helpless at that moment. He didn't want to be a hindrance in his brother's life. Her heart urged to make him stand but she just looked at him with void eyes.

"Don't punish him."Lakshya was searching for the words then swara interrupted," I never intend to involve him in our mess, Lakshya. He really doesn't deserve that."

Lakshya's face lightened up.

"If you really have a conscience, don't be a hindrance in my Rago's life. Still, she is bounded to you legally."Swara reminded him before she left. Deciding to give divorce was hard to Lakshya. He still loved her but his conscience chose her happiness. His conscience would be waking up only when things were about his family or Prasad's. He made it tune that way, Yet things didn't turn as he wanted. And he hoped as his conscience even her love would surface. To be everyone's pity that didn't happen even once and he didn't realize all the love which she held for him turned into unbreakable hatred.
