"Todoroki! Hey!"

"Get it together, man!"

"Shoto-Kun, I'm sorry... I-!"

"Save the regrets for later, help me get him out of this!"

I... Failed...

"Hey, brat! Don't you dare close you eyes!"

"Hey! Hey!"

"Todoroki!"

"Hey!"

—Location: U.A High School—

"Todoroki."

"Todoroki."

"Todoroki Shoto!"

With the call of his name, Shoto's eyes meet with his teacher's. "Pay close attention, this is an important lesson. If I catch you dozing off in class again, I'll assign you more unnecessary homework and what's up with your forehead? Jeez." Ectoplasm concluded, resuming on from where he left off.

"Now, in order to find x, we need to..."

I... "died" again? The teen wondered to himself, wearing a confused expression as he hovered a hand over his chest.

That makes 31 times.

—The Next Day: U.A Dormitory's—

"Good Morning, everyone! Let us enjoy this magnificent meal Bakugo-Kun has cooked for us!" Iida said, doing his usual strange robotic hand gestures.

"Hey, Four-eyes. I didn't do this because I wanted to, I did it because stupid Christmas is coming up in a few days and I don't wanna hear anyone cry because they got no gifts from me!" Bakugo yelled back, throwing his apron at the class representative.

"Thank you, Bakugo-Kun!" Iida along with everyone else showed their gratitude before digging in.

It was a regular Friday morning at class 1-A's dormitory. The students chatted about upcoming tests and quizzes before Christmas break began, along with some off-topic stuff, such as movies, shows, and even video games.

"Didn't Aizawa-Sensei say we were gonna have rescue training today as a test?" Sero mentioned, taking another bite of his eggs and bacon.

"Yeah, bro! To help civilians escape from a burning building, I think." Kirishima added.

"Some of our quirks aren't suited for a disaster like that." Hagakure noted. "Yeah, the only person that could handle burning buildings with ease would be Todoroki-Kun. With his ice and fire quirks, he can put out the fire and endure such extreme temperatures." Midoriya agreed.

"Can't Yaomomo-Kun make a bunch of fire extinguishers, though?" Uraraka, who sat next to Midoriya, questioned.

"That's right... but if we're talking about a burning building, won't that use up most of your body fat?" Midoriya asked, facing the class's Vice President.

Yaoyorozu hummed in response, "If I continue training with my quirk, I'm sure I'll be able to accomplish that and make even more complex items. But for now, Todoroki-San would still be best for the job." She concluded, taking another sip of her tea.
