Start from the beginning

I woke up and opened my eyes. It was dark. My eyes widened and it started to dart around in my socket. I hated the dark. It really scared me because whenever it was dark, I thought my parents were going to hit me. I heard someone walk in and flick a switch. A bright light threw me off guard and I fell off the bed. "(Y/n)!" I heard Lissa shout and two pairs of feet running at me. "(Y/n), are you alright? You fainted right after I turned the light on." Lissa gasped and I felt someone's strong pair of arms pull me on the bed. I turned to see the person who helped me up and then I saw a flash of my parent's angry face because I was playing Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn. I yelped and then buried my face in the covers. "Um, excuse me. Am I scaring you?" A man asked and I turned to see someone from Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn, Hríd. "Wh-Who are you!?" I asked, stupidly
"Who am I? Oh, haha, I forgot to tell you my name. My name is Prince Hríd." Hríd smiled which made me smile back but it was a teary smile. I sniffed then covered my face in a blanket which made Hríd raise an eyebrow. "Uh, she doesn't get used to people. Um, you can try to get to know her." Lissa giggled then left. I felt my face heat up and tears wetting my face. I started to sob and I hoped that Hríd won't hear me. "(Y/n)? A-Are you okay?" Hríd asked. I didn't answer. "(Y/n)? (Y/n)! (Y/n) just turn to me!" Hríd shouted which made me flinch and turn my head to him. Tears started to stream down my cheeks rapidly and as Hríd looked at me, his face softened. "Tell me what's wrong," Hríd mumbled but I shook my head
"If you don't want to talk to me, fine." Hríd huffed and I expected him to leave which I really don't want him to do but he just sat there. I sniffed and I started to sing quietly.

"(Y/n)?" Hríd whispered and I turned my crying face to him
"I-I like your singing. Can you sing it again?" Hríd asked and I blushed
"Sure," I whispered back

"Hehe, I really like your singing." Hríd chuckled and giggled. "I'm sorry for shouting at you." Hríd apologized
"It's fine," I mumbled
"Um, can I ask you a question?" Hríd asked
"You already did. Okay, fine another question." I added before Hríd raged at me
"Had you ever heard of love at first sight?" Hríd asked which made me blush
"Y-Yeah." I stuttered
"Well, there s this person I like. I don't know if they like me back." Hríd mumbled as he started to blush
"Oh! I can help you with this lucky person." I smiled, getting a little bit jealous
"Um, really?" Hríd asked and I nodded enthusiastically. Hríd smashed his lips into mine which made me flinch but I quickly melted into the kiss. We separated in a few minutes which felt like hours and we both smiled awkwardly. "Hehe, that was my first kiss." Hríd chuckled and I leaped on to him. I started to hug him while he exhaled my scent.
