"I had a great time tonight." I smile. "Thank you."

"I TOLD YOU!" Sora is at my windo, Yui, Cho and Mai are craning their necks out of the window.

"Oh."

"My."

"GOD!"

"Kuri you little flirt!"

"Huh?" Kyoya cocks a brow.

"It's just a joke. SHUT UP YUIII!" I chime menacingly.

"I guess I'll see you at the media interview."

"MEDIA INTERVIEW!" My jaw drops.

"It's nothing." he waves it off, getting back into the car. "See you then."

I wave him away and then head toward the door of my own mansion.

The door slams open and my friends stand, blocking the doorway. I avoid eye contact. Sora's smirking but at the same time her eyes reflect that of guilt.

"YOU DOG!" Cho shrieks.

"Listen to Kuri first, baka!" Mai snaps.

"Somebody went on a date!" Yui exclaims.

"Shut UP Yui!" Sora jabs her.

"I'm sorry." Yui hangs her head.

"What went down?"

"What went down IN LONDON?"

"How did THAT happen!"

"Don't tell me you're sleeping with the shadow king!"

"DUDE! She's engaged!"

"LET THE GIRL BREATHE!" Sora commands.

"Basically." I sigh. "It was Kyoya."

"It was Kyoya?" Cho tilts her head, inky hair falling all about.

"It was Kyoya." Sora repeats.

"It was KYOYA!" Mai exclaims, hugging me tightly. "Show me the rock."

I reluctantly hold my hand out to them. My friends begin to squeal madly. I blush at their insane reactions. They're so happy or bewildered, I'm not exactly sure.

"Inside! NOW!" Mai grabs my harm and drags me inside of my mansion

"Okay okay." I sulk.

"Details NOW!" Yui stomps her foot.

"Okay okay." I put my hands up in mock surrender.

The five of us get comfortable on one of the sofas, piling on top of each other. Literally, Yui is curled up in a ball whilst Cho's got her legs over Yui's curled up form. Mai's sat like a normal person and Sora's sat on the back of the sofa. I have never worked out how she does that. I perch on the arm and wait for another round of interrogation.

And three, two, one.

"Let's start with back at your place in London." Cho says.

"What do you want to know?" I ask.

"EVERYTHING!" Yui exclaims.

"Calm doin Yui." Mai flicks her friend in the head.

"WAIT!" Sora shrieks. "We need wine coolers from Sorrento!"

"On it!" Cho gets to her feet and grabs a bottle from a bag on the coffee table. She pours the wine cooler into the individual wine glasses that were conveniently placed before the bottle. I shoot a teasing glare at Sora. She puts her hands up in surrender.

"NOW tell us!" Cho enthuses, passing out the wine glasses.

"I don't know how to explain..." I blush.

"Start at the hangout. How did it go?"

I duck my head, blushing to the tips of my ears. "He arrived and I was in my PJ's."

"NO!" Mai gasps.

"Yes." I squeak.

"You idiot!" Cho giggles between sips of her wine cooler.

"I know." I murmur. "I just wasn't expecting him."

"At least tell me they were cute PJ's." Yui begs.

"Pink leopard print cotton shorts and a grey vest top." I say.

"KURI!" my friends snap in one voice.

"Like I said, I just wasn't expecting him." I sigh.

"Yeah, we got that." Cho snorts.

"So I'm assuming you got changed into something cute." Mai muses.

"Yes." I reply. "Well you guys always thought it looked cute."

"What was it?" Sora asks.

I sigh before answering, prepared for scrutiny. "An oversized red 'England' shirt with a letterman jacket over it. My  white and preppy skirt with long stripy blue and white socks and sneakers."

"Well it clearly wasn't dropping hints." Yui states.

"Clearly." Cho nods.

"Err...good?" I shrug.

"So what happened once you were dressed?" Mai demands.

"Well...we went into London and walked around, we stopped at Trafalgar Square and talked." I avoid eye contact.

"AWWWWW!" Sora beams. "You love it there!"

"That's sweet! What did you talk about?" Yui enquires.

"...Corporate domination." I murmur.

"NO!" Sora gasps.

"What?" Cho hiccups. "I didn't hear!"

"Corporate domination." I repeat.

"CORPORATE DOMINATION!" Mai cackles, horrified yet amused.

"Yes." I hang my head. "And other stuff. About our friendship."

"Ouch." Cho grimaces.

"Dropped into the friendzone." Yui frowns.

"Then..." Sora encourages.

"I sort of knocked him off of the bench."

"Oh?" Mai, Yui and Cho tilt their heads in unison.

"Yep." I blush.

"So he's on the floor." Mai prompts me to continue my story.

"He landed on the floor and everybody started to stare. He, already on the ground, ended up on one knee and proposed."

"KYAHHHH!" my friends exclaim.

"But what was TONIGHT?" Mai enquires. "A date?"

"Not really... it was basically the way in which we made our engagement official in a country that would know the companies that we represent. Or at least that Kyoya represents."

"Oof! You're going to be shown off to the media now." Sora grimaces.

"Let's get Kuri a makeover!"

"Shut up Yui! Kyoya wouldn't like her to look different."

"HUH!" My eyes widen in horror.

"Why change your appearance? Kyoya loves you just the way you-" Mai cuts herself off. I look away. It's not like that.

My marriage and her marriage are to be nothing alike. She has known Daichi since before elementary school; their father's fathers had made an agreement that their children would marry, due to the men being friends and wanting the companies to join together. But unfortunately, both men were the fathers of sons and only sons. So the agreement was passed on a generation. Mai and Daichi were always together so they would be comfortable in the other's company. The duo have always been friends so it was a match made in heaven. So when the two fell in love, it was totally expected.

I sigh. That's nothing like my relationship with my fiancée at all. I guess Kyoya's requests for us to hang out at the host club were actually so we would be comfortable in each other's company too. I'm an idiot.
