Home Alone, and Catnip Find!

It was a normal day, and Sprig was the only one home. Sprig was able to finally stay home and have the responsibility of the house while Hop Pop, Polly, Anne and went off somewhere, they didn't say where though.

Sprig sighed Happily, and Sat on the couch.

"Man, I can't believe that they finally allowed me to stay home alone, especially Hop Pop." Sprig said.

He looked up, making a curious expression.

"But, The only thing that doesn't make sense was that they didn't tell me where they were going..." Sprig said.

-Flashback-

"Okay, Polly, Anne, you ready to go?" Hop Pop asked.

"Heck yeah!" Polly replied.

"You know it!" Anne Replied.

Just as they were about to head out the door, Sprig jumped into the Room, startling them.

"I'm all ready!" Sprig Replied.

"Ack! Sprig, what do you mean?" A Startled Hop Pop asked.

"I thought we were going out." Sprig said.

Everyone disagreed at the same time.

"O-Oh, well, you can't come... b-because, Uh..." Hop Pop started.

"It's a surprise!" Polly said.

Sprig gasped, happily.

"You bought me something?!" Sprig asked, amazed.

"What? N-No!" Anne said, a bit nervously.

"Oh, then why can't I come?" Sprig asked.

"Because...It's.. it's for responsible Trip!" Anne said.

"Y-Yeah! Yeah! And your not responsible enough to come." Hop Pop said.

"Hey! I'm responsible!" Sprig said.

... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ...

"...Right." Sprig said, after everyone stared at him.

The three then walked out the door, leaving Sprig.

-End of Flashback-

Sprig sat on the couch, looking up to the ceiling, bored out of his mind, he didn't really expected to be home alone that very day.

"Ugh, why didn't I think today's the day that I would care for the house all by myself?" Sprig asked himself.

Sprig then got up, and walked over to his room, trying to find something to do.
After Sprig made his way to his room, he threw some toys on the ground, and played with them.

"Oh no, my house is being destroyed!" Sprig made one toy said.

"I'll help! What seems to be the problem?" Sprig made the other toy reply.

"...Dying of boredom." Sprig made the other toy say, falling on his back on the floor.

Sprig sighed, and frowned.
