I did a whole bunch of research (almost didn't sleep that night), and I almost burst with joy. "This is it! This is what I've been feeling!" I literally said to my blanket( Who I creatively named Blanket).
Later on, here(Wattpad) I learned of CG/L and have never been happier.
Then, I discovered that I was both a Dom and a Sub. ( AKA. A Switch)
So, yeah. That's how I first learned about BDSM and how I knew I was a Dom.
