1{Old Photographs}

Sirius Black pulled a slightly wrinkled photograph from his pocket, and slid it across the table towards Harry Potter, his godson.

"The Order of the Phoenix," he explained, watching as Harry observed the faces of the people in the photograph.

Harry found his mother and father standing side by side in the second row. James, his father, had his arm around a woman who looked to be a few years younger than him. Harry didn't recognize her.

"Who's that?" He asked, pointing at her.

Sirius smiled sadly. "That's Reagan, an old, old friend of mine," he said, smiling sadly as the younger photographed version of him ruffled her hair, making her blush and swat his hand away.

"Oh," Harry said, studying her face more closely. She looked slightly familiar to him. "She looks a bit familiar to me, if I'm being honest."

Sirius felt a pang in his chest. "You were around her a lot when you were a baby. She's your...she's your aunt, Harry. On your father's side. She's also your godmother."

Harry's head shot up, and he looked wide-eyed at his godfather. "I still have family left?"

Sirius shrugged, trying not to look like it was killing him inside to talk about her. "She went missing about a month before your parents died. We spent weeks looking for her, tracking charms, search parties, the whole shebang, but it was like she dropped off the face of the earth. No one could find her."

Harry studied his Aunt Reagan's face, hope bubbling in the pit of his stomach.

She must be alive, he thought. I still need to meet her.

Sirius grinned. "She was quite the prankster, though. Almost as good as James. Wouldn't have been the Marauders without her."

"She was a Marauder?"

Sirius nodded. "Sure was. Even managed to get McGonogall a few times. Without getting caught!"

Harry grinned, looking down again at the picture. "I wish I could meet her."

Sirius smiled, standing from his spot at the head of the table, mug of warm coffee in his hand. "She would love to see how much you've grown from the little baby she last saw, to the man you're becoming today, Harry."

Sirius patted Harry on the back, before heading up the stairs, past Fred and George who were standing gobsmacked in the middle of the hall, an extendable ear held between them.

He entered his room, and pulled an old shoe box from under his bed.

They were all letters from between him and Reagan.

Love letters.
