"Hey, Jotaro, mind if I take your cherry?" Kakyoin asked politely.
"...Whatever." Jotaro mumbled in response, staring out of their train car's window.
The redhead smiled and took the cherry off of the other's dessert. Before he did his usual "rero"ing, he noticed something off about the small fruit. "Ah! It's heart shaped! How rare!"
"Rare?" Kujo glanced back at him.
"Mhm! There was even a myth made up after the rarity of finding heart shaped cherries."
Jotaro scoffed at the mention of a "myth." They were always something he had a strong dislike for. He was a realist, after all. He was level-headed and made decisions based on logic and reasoning. His companion, on the other hand...
"Someone who offers the heart-cherry to someone else has the chance of finding their one true love with that person. They'll be together forever, even through death."
"Sounds like bullshit to me," he replied plainly.
Kakyoin only laughed it off, then hummed for a moment in thought.
"Do you want it?"
"Eh?"
"The cherry, Jotaro. What else would I offer? My body?"
Jotaro stared at him. "...What? Are you trying to mess with me?"
"Of course not," he
smiled a bit cheekily.
"But, you were just--"
"I didn't say I believed in the myth, did I?"
"...Right, right, g..good grief..." The taller boy pulled his hat over his eyes, hiding the very faint blush on his face. "You asked for it first, right? Why don't you want it anymore?"
"Oh, I just wanted to see your reaction if I offered it to you," Kakyoin laughed quietly, then did his usual...uh...thing.
"You bastard.." Jotaro muttered.
"Sorry, sorry!" the red head had a smile on his face.
"You don't look very sorry."
