In the next photo you can see her hotel in the background. It is at a different angle so I could get both locations in the same screenshot. They are on different sides of the street so I was unable to get one from google maps that was in the same position as the first photo

In this photo you can see the word Roosevelt near the back of the photo which is the hotel that Lottie and Lou were staying at. Lou tagged her location on IG. In the same photo, at the bottom left you will see the CVS that harry was pictured near.

As you can see, there is a subway right next to the CVS that harry was photographed near. However, the photo of Louis was taken at a close proximity so we can only speculate that this is the same subway location from the photo above. It is quite the coincidence that Louis photo was released the day after Harry's and they were both rumoured to be in LA.
