Armaan and Shilpa walked to the nurse station after their encounter in the fire escape to find everyone waiting for them to arrive.

"Agar Sid aur Riddhima ko ye yakeen ho jaaye ke mere aur Shilpa ke beech kuch chal raha hai, to wo dono apni life mein aage badhjayenge." Armaan thought to himself.

Armaan looked over at Riddhima, then looked back at Shilpa and smiled. Shilpa passed a confused look.

"Ye akdu aaj kuch zyada hi smile kar raha hai. Itna badal kaise gaya ye?" Shilpa questioned herself in the mind.

"Good Morning Everybody!" Sid greeted breaking the silence.

JP stood between the gang.

"Dr. JP!" Sid called out.

"Y..Ye..Yes!" stammered JP and moved to the side and stood next to Armaan.

"Duties ke bare mein baat karein?" asked Sid.

Everyone nodded.

"Dr. Siddhant, ek request thi!" Armaan and Shilpa spoke in unison and looked over at each other in surprise. Sid and Riddhima looked over at both Armaan and Shilpa. Riddhima passed a blank look while Sid smiled.

"Dr. Shilpa, senior main hoon. Pehle main bolunga!" announced Armaan.

"Pehle main bolungi. Ladies first." retorted Shilpa.

"Pehle main.."

"Pehle main.."

"Enough!!!" chided Sid to stop the early morning tiff between Armaan and Shilpa making them look over at him.

"Pehle na to aap bolenge, na to aap bolengi. Pehle main bolunga!" said Sid.

"Panchgani orphanage ke liye ek visiting doctor ki zaroorat hai." announced Sid making Riddhima and Armaan look at each other while Shilpa looked up at Sid confused.

"Aur management ka ye faisla hai ki wo visiting doctor, Dr.Armaan honge!" he concluded.

Armaan closed his eyes and sighed.

"Kyunki aapne Panchgani mein kaafi time spend bhi kiya hai,to isliye aap Panchgani jayenge." announced Sid.

All the colours from Armaan and Riddhima's faces drained out reminding of their bitter past memories which both of them were trying to overcome and move on in life.

"Aur Dr. Armaan ko wahan assist karne ke liye ek intern kizaroorat hogi. Wo intern hain Dr. Shilpa." said Sid.

Shilpa looked at Armaan who smiled at her and then at Sid.

"Dr. Shilpa aapne last week apne transfer ke papers daale the. Wo management ne accept kar liye hain. Aapka transfer Sanjeevani Shimla ho raha hai aur aap wahan report karengi next month." announced Sid.

Shilpa smiled and nodded while Armaan, JP, Jiggy and Riddhima looked shocked.

"Aur management ne kaha hai ke aap ye ek hafta Panchgani orphanage mein Dr. Armaan ko assist karengi and then you have a transition off for the next one week so you can come back to Mumbai and do your packing." announced Sid.

"Okay Sid! Thanks!" nodded Shilpa.

Sid smiled and walked over to her taking her in his embrace. Shilpa hugged him back.

"I'll miss you! Take care and keep in touch!" he said.

"I will!" she replied.

"You're going 1757 kms away!" he complained with a pout.
