You have driven nearly all of the contestants mad at you over the course of the newest II season. Most would call it down-putting, but you found them as rather accomplishments.

Paintbrush cornered you, bristles set ablaze by their magnificent rage, as they bared what seemed like razor-sharp teeth.

They were beyond angry this time. Trees burnt, grass parched, the sky seemed to darken as they anger flickered on. Luckily for everyone else, it was just you two.

A burnt scar started to form under your eye, and you giggled. "Gosh, you are angry this time."

They balled their fists up, flame dancing extraordinarily. They were fed up now, grumbling loudly, trying to drown out your insufferable voice.

"Oh, I see those fists balling up?" You directed your gaze to their tightening grip, "are you gonna hurt me? Better do it quick. Better make it count! Better make it hurt!" You egged them on, eager to see the final product of your test.

Paintbrush looked like they wanted to listen to those instructions. But deep inside, they didn't. You could read them like a book; they loved you and you knew it so quickly.

You just wanted to test that love for you.

Your grin worsened as your plan went unexpectedly:

Their once amazing flame died down to the normal, simple bristles, and they brushed themselves down.

You hummed, questioning them silently and your happiness before turning into confusion.

Picking yourself off the ground, they answered: "I'm not going to do that."

"Why?" You asked, already knowing full well what their answer was gonna be.

"Because I-"

"Love you?" You finished, eyes glazing with unwanted tears, but yet filled to a different kind of happiness than you wanted.

They pulled themselves together and perched their arms on your shoulders, leaning down to peck you gently whilst saying:

"Yes, you insufferable menace."
