Background:

Born to the Frost Giant King, Laufey, Loki was feeble and sickly and left to die. He was found by Odin on the planet Jotunheim, and was soon brought back to Asgard and raised beside Thor as an Asguardian Prince. Burdened by Thor's shadow and a desire to rule, Loki grew up resenting his adoptive family and it wasn't long before a betrayal was on the horizon. Loki spent majority of his "Adult" life betraying his family and those that called him friend, as well as trying to take over earth with an alien army and working for Thanos (Though mind control has been argued). It wasn't until he sacrificed himself to save his brother twice that he was truly redeemed in the end. Loki was one of the rare characters to come into possession of multiple infinity stones at once, as well as continuously dying and coming back to life. He is currently causing mischief in a branched timeline in the MCU.

Personality:

Loki has proven himself an expert liar and manipulator. Growing up in his brothers shadow he is also quick to be taken over with jealousy, with an ambitious side that rivals Odin himself. Loki is often seen as an introvert, keeping to himself in many scenarios. Many people that know Loki  view him as a sly  snake willing to do anything to take over the universe, but Loki has a sensitive side that he tries to hide from others. He is extremely intelligent and witty, and often times willing to put his own agenda aside to help those he loves.
