Chapter 2 (updated)

After the Ceremony you walk around town but quickly distracted by Asta Jumping through trees curious as to why he is in such a rush you follow him and find Yuno Chained up and a foe who not only reeks but as well as exudes evil

"Until recently, I was a pretty well known magic knight called Revchi of Chain Magic. But I got kicked out so now I'm just a wretched thief."

Asta see Yuno restrained and moves in to save his friend he gets in close but it's not enough as Revchi holds him back with chains only to slam him into a wall injuring him greatly it took all I had not to step in then and there but I had to truly see if he wouldn't be able to defend himself.

Then it happened

"Thank you for that useless struggle brat. But I'm afraid it's over."

"Not yet I'm not done yet." Asta says disheartened

"These chains has the ability to read magic power guess what? YOU HAVE NONE! You must have been born thats why a lowly dog like you couldn't get a grimoire."

The villain kicks Asta continuing to verbally beat down on him

"You can't do a thing in this world you might as well give up on life."

"(Damn this guy I'll destroy him right now!")

Just then Yuno encourages Asta saying he is his rival and that Asta has more determination than anyone and that was enough to trigger something inside Asta His grimoire shows up and drops a sword infront of him

"Now I'll show you MY MAGIC IS NEVER GIVING UP!!!!!!!"

Asta tears after Revchi and slams the blunt side of his sword into him knocking him right into me I take him and slam him into the ground while making him super weighted before he touches the ground knocking him unconscious

"pathetic worm." I say to the unconscious body

-Flash back-

I remember the days I spent a lot of time soul searching I wanted to know who I was. I always felt like there was more to me then meets the eye one day on a cold winter I went to the library in search of what the symbol on the sword who ever left me with meant.

I read I search through the entire library

"Nothing! Darn what could this possibly mean maybe a blacksmith maybe a maybe a famous family name!"

I quickly search the family name sections of the most important houses now

"Silva, Vermillion,  damn nothing showing this symbol!"

Disappointed I left and walked back to the church saddened but that's when I heard Asta shouting I quickly run over and see him trying to fight an adult

"GIVE THAT BACK ITS YUNO'S!!!!!"

The man punched Asta off of him and he gets back up and runs right back at the drunk man

"HEY YOU LEAVE MY BROTHERS ALONE!!!!!"

I rush in and jump landing a kick knocking him down he gets back up angry and I use a weak gravity spell to keep him from being able to get up

"Give up and give back the pendent."

The man gets angry put ultimately gives up
"Fine you can have here."

The drunkard gets up and walks away

"Oh man Thanks Y/N you really saved our skin." Asta said smiling clearly missing a tooth

I knock the snow off of him and Yuno

"That's what big bros are for now let's head back yeah?"

We smile and fist bump then go back to the church

"You know I want to bring about a world we're you can become anything you put want no matter class now matter who or what you are poor orphan."  Asta started

This intrigued me I never heard what they want to do when we grow up

"Is that so how will you do that?" I asked Raising an Eyebrow

"ILL BECOME THE WIZARD KING!!!"

I laugh but not to make fun of Asta but at my brothers enthusiasm and charisma

"You know what I'm rooting for you buddy."

Yuno decided to speak up
"You guys are so tough im just a cry baby..........not anymore I promise I won't cry anymore AND ILL BECOME WIZARD KING!"

"well the brothers looks like we are all rivals then."

Asta and Yuno wanted to know why I wanted to be Wizard king but I just give them the classic

"Maybe later guys. We really need to get back to the church."

-Flashback end-

"YUNO, Y/N LOOK!!!!! I got a grimoire it's kinda dirty but it's mine and I'll appreciate it forever and ever and ever!!!!!!!!"

"You guys saved me again.........next time I promise it won't go down like that."

"Understandable but we are basically family it's what we are here for." I say to Yuno

"Yeah Yuno Y/N is right" Asta adds

We fist bump remembering our promise we made to each other

~~~~~That night~~~~

I was fast asleep when images of a burning town flashed in my head

"In due time"

Was all I heard over and over again I woke up in a cold sweat to Asta snoring and some of the younglings huddle next to me

I take a step outside for fresh and and Grab my sword

"It's about time I learned to use this thing."

I begin training with the sword late at night and come in just before sunrise
