The past few days have been a little strange. Everyone has been nice to me? Or they just glare at me? I'm not really sure what's going on, it's like a strange sickness hit them.

I'm still recovering from the cold I caught so Layne has been avoiding me. She can't miss a day of basketball so I don't mind. She got a spot for a big Basketball team nearby, I'm really proud of her. She cut her hair so it's easier to play though. My dad got all excited when he saw it. He likes girls with short hair for some reason.

Since when was the library so big. I need a book for anatomy but all I can find is earth sciences. I should probably get a history book while I'm here. I still need help though. Where do I even start? Mr. Ellen is no help either, he just tells me to read the notes. But what do I do if the notes don't make sense?

A hand presses against the bookshelf in front of me. I look back over my shoulder at Leon's stupid muscular chest covered in a white sweater. I look up at his amber colored eyes. He smiles, leaning in a little closer. Having him over me and close close is kinda strange feeling. My stomach is kinda fuzzy but I'm not sure why...

" Hey, how are you feeling?" He asks, opting to lean against the bookshelf.

I look at his ripped jeans then the books, " Better. Thank you for taking care of me that night."

" What alpha would I be if I left an omega out in the rain?" He says gently.

I pause, " Yeah, a murderers grandchild isn't worth anything though, right?"

He frowns, " That's not what I meant."

" Then What did you mean?" I ask calmly, reaching for a book above my head.

He takes the book before I grab it, " I mean that I don't care about that."

I face him, looking at the ground, " Why?"

He hands me the book then gently touches my face, " You were right, I am a fool."

I move away from his touch, " I'm not a fun toy for you to play with. I'm not one of your girls that you mess with and leave so don't try messing with my feelings."

" I don't intend to," He mutters.

" Then why are you acting like this?" I ask, hugging the book and look door, " Please don't bother with me anymore. "

He smiles, pocketing his hands and stepping out, " You know you're pretty cute."

I look away and walk away. He walks behind me like a puppy. I sigh, just leave me alone. I check out my book then walk away.

Leon walks beside me, " Do you still want my help for tutoring?"

I bite my lips, " Yeah, sure."

He smiles happily, " Then meet me at my house at three."

I nod. Him being nice is unnerving.

What am I even doing? I groan, looking at the grand door in front of me. I never actually have been to the leader's home, it's a lot bigger than I thought. There's flowers everywhere and it has a huge garage. This is what it's like to live good.

I raise my hand cautiously and knock. I wait quietly for a couple moments. Did they hear me? I hate waiting.

The door handle turns and the door opens. Leon opens the door, his shirt off.

I look away, " Where is your shirt?"

" It's too hot to wear one," He says then back up, " Come on in."
