Wish there was--
Someone to hold my hand
Someone to tell me they care,
Someone to talk me through the night
Someone to reassure "It's gonna be alright."
Someone to seek when I'm alone,
Someone to peek into my soul
Someone to reach the corners of my mind,
Someone to jump and jive when you shine
Someone to make you dream the impossible,
Someone to fight for the possible
Someone to pave those roads,
Someone to dance through the fall
Someone to stand by me,
Someone to set me free.
I slowly realized
That someone is me,
Only we can change our destiny
Happiness lies in my hands,
Here I stand.
I am free...
