This is a story of an introvert and shy girl who from childhood heard taunts from people for not talking and not socializing.Is it a crime to be an introvert and not socialize?? But she was made to feel that it is a crime as she was always made to feel lesser than other children who were more active and talkative

Years passed by and now it was time for her to select a dream carreer and she selected her dream carreer but as always she was criticized for selecting it.Everyone said that she can never do this as she has a personality exactly opposite to what that carreer should have.In this phase, she heard a lot of negativity from people which was making her feel useless and doubt herself.Eventually she went into depression because of all these thoughts..She used to always say to those thoughts "Please Let Me Go" as it was becoming difficult for her to live with those thoughts, but because of the negativity around her she was not able to let go those thoughts from her mind which were making her weaker.All this negetivity started killing her from inside, it had become necessary and important for her to let go all those negative thoughts from her mind to become a strong and confident girl...But all those things which she had been listening since childhood were too much to let go and it was becoming very difficult for her.
But then,
Her life took an unexpected turn when 4 people entered in her life and they were none other than "SANAM" They came into her life like angels at the perfect time when she was totally under the shadow of negativity,criticism, self- doubts etc. Those four Angels gave her a new life by removing all the negativity from her existence through their motivational words in their interviews, captions.Their music gave her peace.They made her believe in herself and her dreams...This all was done only because they helped her to Let go of all the self doubts,negetivity inside her, due to which she felt relieved as a big burden was removed from her shoulders.All this didn't happen in a day.It was a long process for her but the 4 of them made this journey of letting go quite easy and beautiful for her for which she would always be grateful,blessed and thankful to them

So this is how a girl who always doubted her self and by being surrounded with negativity.She started turning into a strong, confident girl and started concentrating only on the positive side of the world and ignored all the negativity which was coming her way and finally she defeated her depression.This all was possible only because she said "let me go" to all the depressing and negative thoughts she was carrying with her since childhood.
