I sit there holding Jisung's hand and talking to him.
He still hasn't woke up.
Nurses come in and check on him and leave.
Some smile at me. A few hugged me.
A few more hours pass and I'm still holding Jisung's hand. My eyes are blood shot from not sleeping. I just keep watching him and waiting for him to wake up.
A new nurse comes in to check on him.
"Is there any new updates on his condition?"
"No ma'am. He is stable and that's all we know so far."
"Okay."
I look down at Jisung's hand. My stomach rumbles and the nurse hears it.
"You should eat sweetie. He will be fine. I promise."
"I'm not hungry."
I lied, but I can't eat when Jisung is in this condition.
She finishes checking his vitals and sits down next to me.
"You've been here all night haven't you?"
"Yes."
"Well he is lucky then, that you love him so much."
"If it wasn't for me he wouldn't be here." I snap.
"Sweetie you can't blame yourself for what happened. I've seen his charts. None of this is your fault."
I start crying again.
The nurse runs my back before she walks out.
I get a call from Chan.
"How is he y/n?"
"He's still not awake. They say he is fine but I don't understand why he hasn't woke up."
"He will y/n just give it time. Have you ate?"
"No I'm not hungry."
"You should eat."
"I'm not hungry."
"Have you slept?"
"No."
"Y/n you still have to take care of yourself."
"I will eat and sleep when Jisung wakes up and I'm guaranteed he's okay."
"Well call me when he wakes up."
"Okay."
I go back to holding Jisung's hand and waiting.
"Please wake up Jisung."
I start crying again.
Another hour passes and he's still not awake.
I'm really starting to worry.
I kiss his hand and hold it tightly.
"Come on Jisung."
I kiss his hand again.
His hand wiggles under mine.
"Jisung?"
He moves his hand again.
"Jisung are you awake?"
He grunts and opens his eyes.
"Oh my god! Jisung!"
"Y/n? Where am I?"
"You're at the hospital baby."
He tries to move but winces and groans in pain.
