Hello! Before you read the story, there are some things you should know, so it could make sense. After a year since the dragons, Hiccup told the vikings to keep dragons a secret from anyone else that's new to Berk. (A.K.A Children, newcomers from other places, yadda yadda etc.) A few more years passed and the only ones remembering dragons were Hiccup, Astrid, Nuffink, Zephyr, Snotlout, Valka, Ruff&Tuff, Fishlegs, Heather, Gobber, Dagur, and Mala (with her army), Gustav, Viggo, Ryker and the rest of the dragon hunters, Johan. I'd say Hiccup should've been 23 when the dragons left, and they would've been gone for 6 years, meaning that Hiccup And Toothless are now 29 years old. Zephyr, being the older sister, would've been 7 when they encountered the dragons on a boat (Spoilers from the ending of the movie), so she's 13 now, and Nuffink would've been 4 years old, making him a 10 year old now. The Night Lights would be pre teenagers by now. (All 11 years old)
