Karan took care of her for the whole day.
She felt some frequent pains in her chest and also felt dizziness but didn't tell karan as she didn't want to disturb him.
After few days she rejoined the office, where karan asked her to rest but she was continuously working.

Karan smiled and rotated the cup little bit and drank from the same side from where preeta had drunk it.

He took the cup from her hand and kept it on the table
He pulled preeta more closer and locked his hands around her waist

He was leaning towards her neck when the screen froze
