21) "Thank you for coming into my life"

Amara POV

It was the day after since I confess my feelings for Gal and when she asked me out

I was walking to Gal's building until I felt someone holding my hand and swinging it around

I look up and saw Gal smiling

I laughed and we walked to the elevator. We step in and closed the door. Luckily there's no one here in the elevator

She went behind me and hugged me. I turned around and kissed her cheek to tease her. She frowned and pointed her lips. I giggled

I kissed her cheek and then the elevator opened and I ran outside. I went to her office and went to my desk. I heard the door opened and closed. I looked up and saw Gal running towards me and I ran away. We were running around in her office laughing. "You think you're gonna tease me like that? I want my kiss!" She said and I laughed

All of the sudden, Gal got in front of me. She walks and I took a step back until my back hits her desk. She lifted me up and saw me down on her desk. She went between my legs and put her arms around my waist

"No escaping now" she smirked and I pouted "I can let you escape, if I get my kiss. A proper kiss!" She whispered. I grabbed her neck and connected our lips together. She immediately kissed back.

I pulled away because a door knocked. Gal lifted me off her desk and I ran into my desk. Gal opened the door and Zack came in angrily

"What do you mean you wanna break up?!" Zack said getting my attention. He was screaming and Gal looks unbothered

"Because I want too" She said calmly and Zack laugh "Who is he? I wanna meet him!" He said "first of all, it's a She" Gal said and I saw Zack eyes widened "Amara come here" Gal said

I stood up and stand next to Gal while Zack was in front of me. Gal wrapped her arms around my shoulder

"She's my girlfriend" Gal smile and Zack clenched his jaw "You little bitch!" He screamed and came after me. Gal stood in front of me protecting me "Get out" Gal said harshly and he left crying

"Woah" I said and she turned around to hugged me.

"How long y'all were dating?" I said walking to the couch sitting on it "About 2 years" she said and sat next to me "Wow, that's a long time" I said and she shrugged her shoulders

"I never loved him, our parents just want us to date each other so we could have attention to our business." She said and I nodded.

She tap on her lap and look at her confusingly. She sighs and rolled her eyes. She grabbed my waist and pulled me on top of her lap. I was sitting on her lap and we smiled.

"Why didn't you love him?" I said "because I'm gay" she laughed and shyly smiled

"I never felt like this. I wasn't a romantic person. I never care for anyone else except you" She whispered and I kissed her forehead

"Take me home? I'm tired" I smiled and she nodded

We arrived at my house and Gal opened the door for me. "Thank you" I said "Anything for you, princess" she winked

I leaned on her car and Gal stood in front of me holding my hands.

"People say that nobody is perfect, but to me, you're more that perfect" she whispered and I blushed

"All my life I've been thinking that I will never find love, but when you came into my life, I was grateful that we met" she said then bend down a little so she she was my height. She touched my cheeks and smiled

"Thank you" She whispered

"For what?" I said looking into her eyes

"For coming into my life" she whispered and I smiled

I kissed her lips then said goodbye to her

I turned around and saw her smiling at me

I unlocked my door and went inside my house

Gal POV

After Amara went inside her house safely I sigh and wipe my tears away

I went inside my car and thought about Amara

"I already miss her" I said to myself
