halee and jax looked at them as they smiled and glanced down at their hands

quickly separting jax and halee laughed as they turned and boarded the plane

jaide busied herself, finding her ticket and passport, trying to get rid of the awkwardness

jaide boarded the plane and sat down next to halee in the three seater

‘so last night’

‘yep’

‘do any one special?’

jaide glared at her bestfriend ‘nope’

‘liar’

‘what about you huh, you and jax seemed pretty cozy'

halee snorted ‘jax is a fling, I’ll get over him’

‘bullshit’

‘whatever, nothing happened.. well uh not exactly’

‘ugh yuck hals, I don’t want to know’

jaide noticed alec looking for his seat and stopped when he read the seat next to hers

he smirked and sat down

’12 hours, this could be fun’

 jaide stared at him, 12 hours, a hangover and an idiot next to you. she could feel her head exploding already. 

‘oh my god you could cut the sexual tension in this damn plane with a knife, you two definitely got it on’

‘I swear to god I might actually throw you out of this damn plane’

‘you couldn’t possibly move me’

‘no, true, but I think the rest of the people on this plane would help me’

alec laughed as he looked around at the irritated people.

‘na those attendants have the hots for me’

alec got up and walked to the bathroom, jaide let out a sigh as she rubbed her temples together. Headache, along with a hangover and alec constantly irritating her she felt as if her head was almost to the point of explosion

she got her little bag from above her and put it on alec’s seat as she put her earphones in, hoping the music would stop her headache

‘sums, move your bag’ jaide kept her eyes closed, hoping he would think she had fallen asleep

‘I know your not asleep’

jaide peaked her eye open and creased her eyebrows in confusion

‘i'm sorry do I know you?’

alec rolled his eyes just as a flight attendant came to them

‘is there anything wrong sir’

‘yes,  Jessica, my pregnant girlfriend, whom I have so happily taken on board even though the baby is not mine, refuses to move her bag of porn, she is so mean to me sometimes, she even told me to jump of the plane, even though I am trying to rekindle our relationship ’

the flight attendant bought the crap alec told her as she glared at jaide

‘sorry ma’am but this is his seat, you have to move your bag’

she turned to alec, lust evident in her eyes

‘and when you realize you could do so much better, meet me at the back’

alec smiled as Jessica or as jaide would like to call her hoe walked off

‘you dick’

‘oh my god my girlfriend is so mean to me’

alec smirked as jaide punched him and went back to her music. he began poking her, jaide determined to not let him annoy her

‘i'm sorry sums, don’t ignore me’

Alec sighed and rested his head on her shoulder gradually falling asleep, and as much as Jaide wanted to be mad, having Alec lean by her was just recognition that he was in fact sleeping right next to her, that they were going back to the old ways, that he had changed and they were friends again. Like the six years hadn’t happened.

But they did and that scared her.
