Jimin
"Jimin..." She sobbed, standing at the edge of the roof. Ready to jump, ready to end her life. The angel without wings, wanting to fly.
"Don't you dare!" While I was there, reaching my hand to her with begging eyes. The devil with a loving heart, not wanting her to leave his side.
"Boss-"
"Back off! Leave! You're useless here, leave all of you!" I yelled at them, seeing them bowing to me and leaving.
I had my eyes back to her, her long dress and hair flying freely there, her hands clenched in a fist. She looked so broken. It was then when I realized, I already lost her a long time ago.
She was no longer the happy girl, the caring, warm and helpful girl I once knew. The girl now I am looking at is broken, cruel, cold and hopeless.
I was surrounded by guards, bodyguards back then at high school. They'd drop me and pick me up, they'd follow me if I happened to go outside for a walk.
I was someone, who didn't talk much and didn't have friends. They feared me and avoided me. But she...she was the only one to approach me. I've been very interested in her and curious about her.
I found everything about her, talked with my father about our wedding. We went to ask for her hand and she had no word to say. Her parents agreed, they didn't have a reason not to.
I was the perfect man for their daughter.
Even though they didn't know everything about my family. And even though she had a boyfriend they didn't like because he was poor and didn't have the needed comfort to give her.
Every parent would want their daughter to have the perfect future with someone, who could allow himself a lot. Who could give their daughter a lot.
I was quick to act, Anita wasn't very happy about that because she didn't even know me that well and she had someone else in her heart.
Not receiving any messages or calls from her boyfriend after I went to visit him and his family, she was more than heartbroken. I gave them a good amount of money and they took it just like that. After taking the money, I never heard of that guy. As time passed and the rumors spread about that guy being found dead, she was suspicious of me and I knew it. But was there any use of telling her that it wasn't me?
When I married her and we were supposed to have our first night, she disapproved. I respected her and her choice. She didn't want me to touch her. She would lock herself up and only eat in her room for weeks.
She was testing my patience. Any man would get angry if his wife wouldn't even want to have dinner with him and wouldn't even want to talk to him for weeks. Wouldn't even spent the night with him.
I repeat... I didn't see her for weeks. Of course, I was mad angry.
"Didn't you say she was in a good mood today when you cleaned her room? You said she was smiling. You said you were sure she'd have dinner with me. Where's she?" I asked my maid and she lowered her gaze, apologizing and repeating the same damn sentence.
