Ross Point of View
Well, like I thought, the guest room was my bedroom/ dad's office and I was supposed to sleep for the night in now only Rylands room. We definitley didn't have enough bedrooms. But I didn't complain, at least Sophie was staying in our house for the night.
I went into the living room, but nobody was there. Where were they all. I looked around and finally found everyone, besides Riker, who I guessed was sleeping, in our backyard. My Mom and Dad were talking to Sophie. So I joined them.
"Hi Ross," my Mom said "Sophie was talking with us about a movie project for you. She thinks that you can move on with your filming career. Would you like to do that?"
"Yeah of course, but after tour filming for Austin & Ally season 4 starts. So I think the biggest problem will be the time." I replied.
"There are no movie projects yet, but I thought I would talk to your agency, so that they will have open eyes and ears, if there is something coming up. Then we can still have a look, if it fits into your schedule." Sophie said serious. While she was saying that, she didn't really looked into my eyes.
"Mom, Dad, would you mind, if I could talk to Sophie in private for a sec?" I asked.
"Of course not. Sophie, if you need something, than just yell." my Mom said. My Mom and Dad got up and left us alone.
"So, about last night ..." I started.
"Look Ross, I'm sorry about last night and not just a little bit embarassed about it. It was unprofessional. I was more drunk than I thought." she interrupted me. "We should just forget about last night. In fact, besides me throwing up on you, nothing really happened. Sometimes Alcohol has these impact on me." She continued. This was how she saw last night? I got mad.
"Okay," I snapped "If that's what you want, fine."
"Yes Ross. I want it this way. I'm sorry, if I gave you a wrong intention." Finally she looked me into the eyes and what I saw really hurt. She was dead serious. No hope at all for me being with her.
"Hey guys, I think we should show Sophie the city before we have to get ready for our show tonight. At least the beach. I mean, when we want her to stay with us in LA, we need to show her the good sides of living here." Rydel squealed.
"Mmh, I don't think I want to come with you. I need some time to rest." I said.
"Oh come on Ross, don't be such a party pooper. Now wake Riker up, so he can come with us." Rydel said and shoved me inside the house. Fine, so we were spending even more time after she just shattered all my hopes. This sounded like so much fun. I went upstairs to wake up Riker. It wasn't that easy, but finally he was awake and agreeing to come with us. He just needed a shower first. After getting ready, he just looked a little bit crumpeld, but definitely better than before.
First we walked to the beach. I was still pissed and I wanted to give her that feeling back. So I decided, if she doesn't want to be with me, maybe someone else will. I mean, in LA living so much beautiful girls. So I started to flirt with every girl that was coming around. I can be really charming if I want to. In the beginning she didn't react on my flirting. Just talking to Rydel and Ratliff. They seemed to be in a real deep conversation. So I had to show up a little bit more.
There was this real cute girl at the promenade. So I went over and introduced myself. She was a little bit fangirling because she knew me. At that moment I thought it would help, that she was a fan. I invited her to come with us to an Ice cream parlor.
"Hey guys, I want you to meet ...?" I turned to her with a questioning looked. Didn't even asked for her name.
"Sara." she said smiling, waving at everyone.
"Hi Sara!" everyone said back. I flirted with her, always having Sophie in my view. She didn't seemed interested in me flirting. What else did I have to do, so that she would realise that she wants to be with me?
"Ross? ROSS?" Sara asked me, "Did you hear, what I just said?" I wasn't even listening, what she said. Only thinking about Sophie.
"Sorry, I was distracted. I'm really sorry. What did you say?" I apologized.
"It doesn't matter. But I can see that your distracted and by your look, it has to be this girl over there, who is talking to Rydel at the moment." she said. "Is she your gilrfriend?" she asked me.
"Oh my gosh, Sara, I'm really sorry. I invited you to come spending time with me and now this. She isn't my girlfriend. Actually she is my manager's assistent. But, yeah, I think I like her." I trailed off, putting my head into my hands.
"So you wanted to make her jealous?" she asked smiling. I just nodded. "It's okay. But honestly your not doing a really good job. I'll help you with that." Then she leaned over and kissed me passionately. That was a surprise and not only for me, also for everyone else. Even Sophie looked at us and she didn't looked happy. Maybe even a little bit jealous.
"I have to leave now." Sara said after the kiss and got up. "Would you come out with me, Ross? It was nice meeting you. Maybe we see us again." she waved. She walked out of the Ice cream parlor and I followed her.
"Thank you so much, Sara. That was amazing." I hugged her.
"Yeah, and I think it helped. Here is my number, if you ever want to call me. Maybe if she isn't smart enough to figuring out what a cool guy you are." she winked, giving me a piece of paper. Then she kissed me on the cheek and walked away. Sara was really cool. I had luck.
I went back inside. Sophie glared at me. Maybe there is still hope at all. I thought to myself smiling.
