"I guess McDonald's" I say and he nods. We arrive at the place in 5 minutes and he tells me that he'll go through drive through so we have our time going back to school
"What do you want" he asks me and I think about the prices of the food.
"Just get me some small fries and a coke" I smile. I was starving but I didn't want him spending too much money on me
"Chicken nuggets?" He asks me and I shake my head in no
"No just get me the fries. I don't need more" I smile again but he doesn't seem to buy it. He turns back to the other side where a person was welcoming us and waiting for us to order
"Hey, can I get two large fries, a cheeseburger, a 9 pack chicken nuggets and two middle cokes" he orders and my mouth widens in shock
"Shawn stop" I whisper and he rolls his eyes this time before his mouth opens slightly before turning his head back to the board where our order was standing
"Wait, can I also get a middle chocolate milkshake" he asks and the woman on the other side of the line talks a little before telling us to drive to the first window
"You crazy stupid person" I slap him slightly for a few times before crossing my arms over my chest
"Oh come on, you were hungry and otherwise I looked like I was gonna eat way too much" he says winking
"You are too much" I laugh and he smacks me lightly against my arm
"You too"
"Thanks anyway" I smile and he gives me a smile back winking
Five minutes later we get our food and we slowly drive towards school. He parks his car at the school parking and we stay in to finish our food
"Did you really read the alchemist though?" I ask him as we were talking about the project
"I did, so little trust in me?" He says giving me a grin
"I just didn't take you as a reader, sorry" I say taking a sip from my coke
"It's alright, it's a really good novel. I'm nearly at the ending" he tells me and I nod
"That's good mendes, thanks for not being like Erica" I grin and he laughs
"No problem Martinez"
We stay in the car a few more minutes before walking out to get to our next class

"Girls, want to hang out today?" Skylar asks Valencia and me as we walk out of our last class of the day
"Oh my god, what about a sleepover!" Valencia suggests and Skylar gives me a look before she starts jumping
"Yes oh my god, a sleepover. Alaïa you in?"
I make them wait for a second before giggling
"Duh"
They both start squealing pulling me into a hug and I laugh
"Hey hey hey, why are you guys so happy" Shawn asks as he walks our way together with the other boys
"We're having our first sleepover tonight" Valencia grins and she starts jumping all over again
"You are too cute" Xander mumbles and pulls her into him giving her a quick kiss before hugging her
"Guys guys keep it pg" Elijah sighs out covering his eyes
"You jealous little fuck" James laughs but stops as soon as Elijah gives him a glare and starts walking his way
"I should go now, was nice knowing you guys" James fast says before sprinting off Elijah following behind
"Stop running bitch ass" he screams before he disappears out of our sights
"Gosh so immature" Shawn mumbles and I start laughing this time
"Why are you laughing" he asks me a small grin taking over his face
"You are the most immature kid I know mendes, don't make me laugh" I laugh again and he gives me a glare this time
"Don't make me chase you, Martinez" he says his eyes boring into mine
"No you can't, schools done and we need to pack her stuff up because we're having a sleepover" Skylar screams the last part and I laugh before arms wrap around me. I turn my head to see shawn looking at me
"You gonna miss me" he asks his voice husky
"Sure" I say before turning around to get him off of me but instead he holds onto my waist tighter only this time I'm facing him
"Is shawnie boy gonna miss me" I give him a pout and he laughs
"Sure" He says before he lets go of me grabbing my hand for a second before letting it fall a few seconds later walking away blowing me a kiss
"Oh my gosh" Skylar screams as Shawn leaves the school together with James
"What" I ask putting my hands over my ears
"He so likes you Alaïa, damn you lucky skittle" Valencia says
"Hey! only he can call me a skittle. I hate that name" I mumble grabbing my bag also making my way to the doors of the school
"You hate the name but Shawn can call you it?" Skylar asks and I nod
"Why?"
"I don't know, he just can" I whisper softly
I hear both girls giggling behind me
"So in love"

YES I KNOW I'm a slow updater! my inspiration to write comes and goes and so you have me writing a chapter for 2 weeks or more.
