Withering Flower

A flower bloomed beautifully
Its flambouyant color is making it more lovely
Its scent is as sweet as the honey
But as the times go by, it'll only become a memory

Seeing you in your white hair
Seeing your skin crinkle
I can't  help but compare you to that flower
That slowly fades like of a bubble

And it makes me feel afraid
Afraid that soon you will fade
That soon your warm hands could no longer feel and hold
The hands that once embraced me when I was cold

I'm afraid that your voice could no longer hear
Or the sound of our laugh and cry could no longer reach your ear
I'm afraid that soon we'll become nothing but a blur
Like of a picture you wouldn't want to stare

I'm afraid ,no I'm terrified
The fear in my heart wouldn't banish even though I already tried
Because it's you whom I'll be losing
You, my loving mother, my everything.
