Her Forbidden Pleasure

Chapter Three

The next day at woks was hectic.

All Sapphire could think about was the previous night.
The feeling of the kiss still lingered.
Wild thoughts started to dance around in her mind.

"Sapphire, there is someone on the phone for you", Nera's voice boomed through the intercom jolting Sapphire from her thoughts.

"Ok, put it through", she replied running a hand over her face.

"Sapphire Grey, Modeling Direc-".

"You always seem to waste quality time with your introductions", Kane's voice slurred sexily .

"Mr. Williams", she said almost whispering.

"Gosh woman, Mr. Williams is my father. Kane will suffice", he said in an annoyed voice.

Sapphire sighed.
At this point she really preferred if it was Dominick who had called.

"How May I help you Kane?" She said getting annoyed herself.

"Well I want a date tonight", he said.

More like ordered.

"I already have plans for my night", she lied.

"Well then you'll have to cancel those plans beautiful", he said in a flirtatious manner.
"I'll pick you up at 7", he said.

"Do I even have a choice?" She said rolling her eyes.

"I'm glad you understand", he said then hung up.

With a sigh Sapphire went back to her work.
Her mind was so flustered she couldn't even concentrate.

"Hey Nera I'm heading out now", she said at five.
"Have a nice date",  Nera said with a laugh.

Sapphire just replied with a laugh of her own and walked out to her car.

Not wanting to go through the same conversation with Kane about her attire she decided to dress up a little.

She pulled out a red sparkling skin tight dress that laid right above her knees and a black stiletto and took out a black pouch with silver decorations.

Her now black straightened hair cascaded down the center of her back

She went all out on makeup . Product after product was applied. She applied red eyeliner and added silver to the sides of her eyes. She used liquid eyeliner to border her eyelids and applied mascara. She smeared her lips with red matte lipstick and sprayed her face with setting spray and sat to allow it to dry.

At exactly 7 the doorbell rang.

The Williams seem to have a very good relationship with Mr. Time.

Sapphire took a spin in the mirror.

She liked the look.
She look fierce and tempting.
With a smile she took up her purse and walked to the door.

"Took you long en-" Kane stopped midway when his eyes connected with her body.

"Ready?" She said with a flirtatious smile.

Her goal was to render him speechless and it did work.
Sapphire - 1, Kane - 0.

Kane cleared his throat and tried to play cool.
"Lead the way", he said and scratched the back of his neck.

Kane was more worked up than he thought would be possible.

No woman had that power to make him this way.
Well until her.

To ease the tension in the car Kane tuned the radio.

"Free to change if you like",, he said.

Sapphire replied with a smile.

They pulled up outside  a restaurant named Boss.

"I see you and your brother likes to impress", she said when they were seated. 

"It's in the blood", he said with a smile.
Sapphire tried to be pleasant throughout the dinner.

She wanted to make up for her date last night with Dominick.

"I am aware that my brother told you that we were both interested in you", Kane said.
Sapphire almost choked on her fish at the sudden change of topic.

"Yes he mentioned that", she said.

"We would both like if you accept us", he said softly.

Gone was the ruthless and rude Kane she had met for the business meeting. In his place was a calm and loving Kane.

Sapphire gulped nervously.

"He gave me until tomorrow to come up with my answer", she said softly.

Kane replied with a nod.
"I hope you'll choose us", he said and reached for her hand.

Sapphire forced out a little smile.

"Before you think the worst of us let me explain how we are", Kane started and leaned back in his seat.
"Since we were 17 we realized we had the exact same taste in women and didn't want to let the other one suffer from seeing the other with a woman he fancied. We then shared our women but we only had two serious relationship which didn't turn out well for us. We were being used for our money", he stopped and took a sip of his wine.
"Last night when you proved how modest you were we know you were the one for us Saph" he leaned forward and took her hands in his.

"Make us happy", he whispered.

Sapphire was speechless.
She had no idea how to respond.

That night when she was in bed the only thing she could think about was the Williams brothers.

It couldn't hurt to try something new right?

With a sigh she hugged her comforter and dozed off.
