you came in,

stole my breath away.

you went out,

left me in pieces.

they say,

you deserve better,

give him up.

i cry,

i can't

i don't want to.

i whisper your name 

"..."

they shake their heads,

"she's a fool"

but i know

only a fool

would

love

you.
