He smiled, saying

“Whatever you want to make my love.”

She kissed him on the cheek

and stared into his eyes

“I just wanted to make you a special dinner.”

He kissed her on the lips

and 

stared into the eyes of the woman he loved

“Even plain toast and a glass of water

would be an
