Malik Al-Sayf x Reader

It was afternoon and Malik didn't see you this morning, he was worried that you might hurt yourself. He knocked on the door, but there was no answer. He knocked again and called you " Y/N, are you still asleep?" Again no answer. " Okay Y/N, I'm coming in!!" He opened the door and to his surprise you weren't in your room. Malik sighed and walked out of your room. " Where might she be now? It has been ten days since I yelled at her. I think I overreached my limit with her. I should apologize, but it's too late to apologize after long time." He sighed and walked toward his desk.

Then the door of the bureau was open, Malik lifted his head up in hope if it was you, but to his bad luck it was Altaïr. " Can't you just at least knock when you come here?" Malik said, showing his annoyance. " I need a feather!!" Altaïr said with his usual cold voice. Malik rolled his eyes and gave Altaïr a feather, but the Altaïr decided to ask Malik something" Where's Y/N?". Malik sighed for the hundredth time and said " I don't know!! I didn't find her on her room either." He looked away. Altaïr raised an eyebrow suspiciously " Did you say something hurt her feelings, Malik?" For the first time Malik couldn't look at Altaïr in the eye. " What did you say to her?" Malik sighed " She was asking me to walk with her outside, but I refused. Then she started to say that I need to move on and not to stay gloomy because Kadar wouldn't want to see me like this and........." he stopped, biting his lower lip. " And what?" Altaïr asked, crossing his arms. " Then I yelled at her and told her that she will never feel the same feelings as me because she never lost someone."

For the first time, Altaïr facepalmed and looked angrily at Malik. " Are you a goddamn crazy to tell her this?" Malik was taken aback by Altaïr's sudden change in mood. " What do you mean, Novice?" Malik asked a bit worried that he might did something bad to you. " This woman lost a lot, more even than you....." Altaïr said, but Malik didn't understand what he meant." Be more exact, Novice!?" It was Altaïr's turn to sigh " She didn't tell you, did she?" Malik shook his head and said " Said what?" Then Altaïr started to explain " Y/N's parents and her older brother were killed in front of her when she was 12 by the Templars since her father and brother were Assassins...... and then another Assassin took her and raised her until she got married and had her first child, but her husband was killed with her five years son by the Templars again because her husband was giving us supplies that we need. The Templars wanted to take her since she knows a bit about us, but thankfully we saved her and put her here with you for her safety." Altaïr explained everything that Malik should know, but then Altaïr said something that made Malik's heart shutter like a glass." The loss of her husband and son was the in same day that her parents and brothers died in."

" But she acts like there's nothing at all!! How can I know she lost her family when she doesn't show any feelings?" Malik said with a hint of sadness in his voice. " Y/N is known like this!! A strong person who is smiling happily through her tears. She knew her family wouldn't want her to be sad, but whenever she is alone, she would break down and cry her pain out."

Malik felt his chest tightened, and somehow felt pain overwhelmed him. " I need to go and find her!!" He was about to leave when Altaïr stopped him." Do you know where to find her?" Malik shook his head " I'm ready to search every single place to find her!!" And with that he ran out looking for you.

He searched everywhere you might be " Where's she? I can't find her anywhere!!" He thought out loud to himself.

Malik sighed and decided to go back to the bureau, he couldn't believe he gave up so easily on finding you. Then he heard a loud sobs coming from an old house. He followed the sound, and it to him behind the house. Then he saw you, setting in front of five graves trying to talk through your sobs.

" I missed you all!! I couldn't bring myself to move on, but I simply couldn't......" You smile and looked at your parents and brother's grave. " Mom, I missed your smile and..... and how you hold me and telling me stories..... and your delicious food of course...... Dad, the man I admire the most..... I remember how I was running to you when you back home and told me that you missed me....... and call me princess all the time....... My dear and wonderful brother, I missed our small fight about stupid things..... and how we played together and the many times you protected me and teased me....... I missed everything.........."

After that you turned to your husband and son. " Hey there my child.... Mommy missed you. Are you playing up there the other kids?...... I hope you were a good boy to your father and behave nicely....... I know you're safe with your father, uncle and grandparents...... Mommy really wanted to keep you alive....but I failed my son, I failed......". You cried a bit and then turned to your husband. " My love!! The first love of my life..... You were my family, my everything. You gave me a good life.... something I.... I can live for........ I took your advice and give my heart a second chance..... And I found someone..... A good man, but that doesn't mean I will forget you. I just hope he had the same feelings as well..."

Malik felt a pain in his heart, he has a feeling for you but he kept it behind. He also was afraid that you may not have feelings for him, but now he won't be able to tell you since your heart is already taken.

" You wish to hear his name?...." you asked your dead husband as if waiting for an answer. " His name is......M-Malik!!...". Malik's eyes widen as a blush found its way in his cheeks. " He a bit uptight, but a good man as well........ Well I think I must be going now, it's almost night...... Farewell my family. "

When you turned around, you found a frozen Malik with a bright red face. Your face turned red as well, thinking that he might heard what you said. " M-Malik, what a-are you doing h-here?" His face suddenly changed to an unreadable one as he made his way to you. He then stood in front of you " Malik, do you ne---!?" You were interrupted by Malik hugging you so suddenly. You froze for a moment hearing him sob slightly. " I'm sorry...I'm so so sorry!! I didn't mean what I said that day. I didn't know...I'm..I'm sorry. " He said as he sniffed.

You smiled and wrapped your arms around him " It's alright Malik!! I forgive you. " he pull away from the hug and for the first time you saw a sweet and warm smile on hus face. You blushed and looked away, but he held your chin in his fingers and leaned forward, titling his head a bit. Then his lips contacted with yours, you were shocked at first, but then you melted in the kiss. It was soft and sweet one, filled with passion and love. You stayed like this for few moments, then you broke the kiss for the need of air.

" I heard everything you said." He mocked you " E-even the part about you?" You asked, embarrassed and he only nodded. " You must know that.... I loved you from the first sight. I couldn't bring myself to let you go... I was worried that you didn't want me more then a friend, but it seems different after that moment." You smiled at him and pecked his lips again. " Does that mean that we're now a true lovers?" You asked innocently " Yes..... I love you Y/N." He smiled and crossed your cheek " I love you too Malik. "

And since that day you were together and lived happily ever after.
