They all arrived at the lair after the patrol to have a meeting. "So does anyone know how we can defeat Scar once and for all?" asked Kion "Nope," they all answered. "Perhaps we could take the staff out of the lava?" suggested Bunga. "And how are we going to do that?" asked Fuli. "Oh yeah!" said Bunga. "Maybe we should ask Rafiki," suggested Ono "He knows just about everything, doesn't he?" "Good idea, Ono." said Kion.

The lion guard run to Rafiki's tree. "Hi, lion guard," greeted Rafiki "Rafiki Rafiki!" said Bunga "We want to ask you something!" "Calm down Bunga!" said Kion. He then turns to Rafiki and asked "Scar has caused much trouble to the Pride Lands since he returned. Do you know how to defeat him once and for all?" "Unfortunately no," he replied "But Mufasa might know. He watched over Simba defeating Scar, so he may know about where to find the secret?" "Thanks, Rafiki!" thanked Kion before running off to a place where he could talk to Mufasa privately. "Grandfather Mufasa?" called Kion. "Yes, I am here," replied Mufasa's spirit. "Something's troubling you?" "Yes grandfather," replied Kion "I want to know how to defeat Scar once and for all." "I don't know the secret too," replied Mufasa., "But I know the secret is hidden in the ducks' den," "Thanks Mufasa," thanked Kion.

Kion then runs back to report the news. "Everyone, everyone. Mufasa said the secret is in the ducks' den!" said Kion. "Then we'd better go now!" said Bunga. "Not yet!" shouted Kion as he blocked Bunga's way. "I bet it's full of challenges to see if we are worthy to discover the secret to defeating Scar. We go tomorrow, we have to make sure we are in full strength to ace the tests."
