A/N I'm back everyone, still doing exams but I thought this would be a nice thing. Also thank you so much for 110K reads it means so much

So here is a Supercorp Dark Phoenix Au (because I'm gay for Lena and Sophie turner)

Lena steadied the ship as Kara flew out the back in her space suit.

"I'm nearing the satellite over" Kara said into her com

The luthor chukled "You don't have to say over"

Kara grinned as went further away from the Luthor space ship, closer to the broken satellite "I don't have to say what Over" Kara could imagine Lena slapping her

Kara head a sigh over the com "Just hurry up, the solar storm is nearing"

"Yes Babe" Kara started to concentrate as she flew beside the broken technology. She connected the broken pieces as she had been briefed by Alex to do

The DEO was now doing space missions and since Lena owned a cost effective space ship they let her join in.

Kara enjoyed these missions because she could spend time with her girlfriend

Once she finished she waved at the astronauts inside, this was also her favourite part. She loved to see their smiles-

"Kara!" She heard Lena yell in the com, she whipped around to see a giant solar storm heading directly towards Lena

Kara immediately took off in the direction "Lena I'm coming" The blonde sounded desperate

Lena looked up at the raging storm , it looked like fireworks. She braced herself for the impact "I love you Kara" She whispered

Kara watched in horror as the Storm of red and purple shredded the ship, she stop flying in shock, she heard Lena's scream pierce her ears. Tears started to spill from her eyes "No Lena!" She screamed finally flying into the wreckage. The storm was gone completely, she threw away metal sheets and whatever came to hand.

Finally she found Lena, to her relief she seemed to be unharmed, she picked her up in bridal style. She looked down at Lena, orange glowing veins glowed along her face. Kara chose to ignore it.

She took a deep breath and took her helmet off and put it on Lena. She didn't care, at full speed to returned to Earth. She turned her back and put Lena on her chest to protect her from the burning atmosphere.

Once she made it through she took a deep breath, filling her lungs with fresh oxygen. She continued to fly at full speed while cradling Lena in her arms. Despite being able to lift a car with her pinky Kara kept a soft grip on Lena

The DEO building came into sight, she landed on the balcony softly, however her emotions weren't as controlled

"Get a Doctor!" She yelled into the DEO, Alex sprinted over her sister as other agents did as the kryptonian ordered

"What happened?"

"A solar storm hit the ship, I couldn't get to her-" Kara voice broke with a sob

"Kara it's ok" Alex checked the pulse "She's alive, she will pull through. She is extremely lucky, the storm could have killed her"

A few seconds later a Doctor arrived with a few nurses, they put her on a trolley and took her away as Kara broke down in Alex's arms

"I- i- I'm a fa-failure" Kara sobbed into Alex's chest
