It's a couple days after my big scene with Abby.

None of us had been to dance since then.

I suddenly heard the phone ring, so I answered it.

"Hello?"

"Hi Nia."

"Who is this?"

How does this person know my name?

"It's Jeff Collins, the head producer of Dance Moms and other Lifetime shows."

"Oh, hi.

I think I might know why you're calling."

"It's about the outburst that you started during filming the other day."

I KNEW IT.

"Okay..."

"We are not happy with you girls."

Oh no.

He continued.

"If it were any other time we would have just edited that out.

But since the show is getting really popular, we need to amp it up even more!

So we are suing all of you mostly to create publicity for the show."

WHAT?

THEY'RE SUING US FOR STANDING UP FOR OURSELVES?

THAT'S NOT RIGHT.

I REALLY WANT TO TELL HIM OFF BUT HE'D SUE ME FOR THAT TOO!

"Sir, I don't think that is very necessary!"

"For you, or for Dance Moms?"

"Both."

"Too bad."

"I refuse to show up at court."

BUT I DONT WANT TO!

But this guy thinks he's all that!!!
